    The AC didn’t cool to desired temperature. The lazy river and indoor swimming was closed for two thirds of our stay.

    It was close to the ocean in a nice area. The staff was great. It was clean.

    Our room did not appear to be recently renovated. The balcony view was a rooftop. The worst thing was that the air conditioner did not work all week. We reported it every day but it was never repaired and it was hot. We had to run a personal fan with the balcony door open. . Communication with the property managers was difficult. We called daily, left voicemails, sent emails without any solutions. We got an email after we checked out that said that their maintenance person came by after the first night and that an air conditioning technician was needed. We were only told this after we checked out. We were there 6 nights.We were never able to speak to anyone in person and no solutions were offered. We were highly disappointed that such a large property management company did not address the problem and have a solution for us while we were there. Enclosed picture of temperature in room late at night with fans running and balcony door open. Temperature outside in high sixties.

    The resort employees were very nice and the resort was clean
