On some mornings we were woken by people gathering what sounded like cans outside the building. It was around 6 am.

We like that the rooms are very comfortable and the apartment is well stocked with amenities. Access was easy. Checking in and out was smooth and easy.

I’m in the Harvard room, which is downstairs, I can really hear all kinds of noises from all around me. Either from the upstairs neighbor walking around or them flushing the toilet and I can hear the water noise. Once in a while there’s some other like fan noise coming from outside. My room is quiet most of the time but when the upstairs come back late, that noise keeps me up and l can’t sleep. This morning at 7am I was hearing a noise from the bathroom like a shower sound but from upstairs. I can hear the floors creaking a lot. Place is very nice but you can hear every little surrounding noise.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom is nice and clean. Love the coffee maker and there’s some tea as well. WiFi speed is excellent. Very easy access.

Unable to control the overall temperature of the room, but they provide a portable heater/fan if needed, so it was really not an issue.

We rented the one bedroom apartment, hosts were very friendly and helpful! Attended an event at The TRACK at New Balance and was able to walk back and forth, very easy to navigate. Apartment was super clean and would definitely stay again!

The front stair leading to the second floor is very tiny and winding stairs, which is very difficult to go through for older people and especially while carrying luggage. I strongly recommend changing the front stair. The suite floor squeeks a lot when walking, meaning if someone walks to the washroom at night, there is a very good likelihood to wake up someone else in an adjacent room. Also, the walls of the rooms are not sound isolated as we could easily hear the talking in the adjacent room.

The apartment was clean and fitted well with what needed.

The only things that might be construed as negative would have to be nit picky. The stairwell is pretty narrow, but it's an old Boston house, so ... expected. It was a little bit aged but, again, it's an older house.

Location was near enough to everything that a bus ride can get you anywhere you need to go. There was a super market that was just a few blocks away (walking distance).

As other travelers have stated the access is difficult - access is up precarious narrow 3 flights of stairs. So be careful if you have any mobility issues or have a lot of luggage. It was hard to control the apartment's temperature, it was very warm and and the heating is quite noisy. But better than being cold!

Great that it had a balcony and the washing facilities in the basement were free and very clean. The living room was very comfortable. There was plenty of kitchen utensils as well as soft towels and products.

This unit is on the 3rd floor and requires going up very steep spiral stairs. They are very narrow. It wasn't an issue for our group but others may need to be aware.

We arrived by Uber from Boston. It is about 20 minute ride to the far side of the city and airport. It is a great location to to Harvard (about 10 minutes), so we felt it was an easy location for us. We had no trouble with transportation. The building is older, but the apartment looks to be recently renovated with modern shower, kitchen etc. It was easy to enter our unit with our code. We loved that the door automatically locked after going in/out. The neighborhood is easily walkable and very friendly. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. We were very delighted at the special efforts made to make us comfortable. Communication was very fast with the owner. I had a little trouble figuring out how to get a blind to close and he responded immediately. We were 3 women traveling and we wanted separate bedrooms. Rooms are large. There is ample closet and storage space. The beds are on the firm side with a topper, but very comfortable. We appreciated that each room was lockable, had ample bedside lamps, mirrors and an alarm clock. It's the little details which made this trip so pleasant. Each of us had a set of 3 towels, wash cloths and hand towels (enough for the entire 3 day stay), these were artistically displayed on our beds. We were amazed at the amount of consumables (shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc) available for our use. Ice was already made and waiting for us in the freezer (we loved the covered ice trays)! This was very handy since we had arrived late in the evening and needed to wait until the following morning to get our supplies. The grocery store is just a few blocks away. Each room has an in window air conditioner. This was welcomed since the temperatures were in the 90's during our stay. This was also helpful white noise for a girl who lives very rural and isn't use to any outside sounds.

Great place to stay outside of downtown. 2/3 bedrooms had an a/c unit. Very clean. Old but updated. Lots of natural light.

As we were travelling from Europe and could not use 4G, we couldn’t access the online guide with the wifi details and had to go to a local shop to use their wifi to get access to things like the wifi password etc. Might be worth having a printed copy of wifi details in the house in future!

So many lovely extras like toothpaste and shampoos which was so useful! Sitting room was perfect for the 5 of us to hang out, loads of space.

Being from the South, it is standard to have central HVAC and washer/dryer in every home. Not having that isn’t exactly a negative but I did miss those amenities being in an apartment.

The cleanliness and responsiveness from the owners were superb! also, having a provided parking spot is a major plus in the city!

The back stairs are very very steep and narrow. A bit of a warning about that would be helpful. I was told I could check in after 3 but the cleaning person was still there Luckily we could walk the neighborhood so it wasn't to awkward.

The kitchen could do with more equipment, baking trays, pots and pans etc, but plenty of cutlery, glasses, etc. The only slight negative is you can’t leave your luggage, so if you don’t have a car and are on a night flight, you are a bit stuck.

Nothing we didn’t like about the property at all. Close to supermarket, restaurants, take seats etc. Very close to train line and minutes to down town. Trains were a bit unpredictable and sometimes ran late but we were on holiday so it didn’t matter to us!

Great space for our family of 5. Very clean. Had pretty much everything we needed. Host so responsive and went the extra mile for us, storing our luggage as we had a late flight. Couldn’t have asked for more
