Had issues when I arrived. Door would not lock, kitchen light not working and a large hole in one of the apt walls. Took too long to get this sorted, had to make 4 phone calls

The ac was less affective since the thermostat was settled in such way that I couldn’t have it warmer and I needs to use a fan for heat .

Pull out couch was dissapointing, not what I would call a "traditional" pullout, quite uncomfortable. Only dining area was over carpet.

Location was great, cool view of the city, easy entrance and exit. full time concierge for questions. Nice little kitchen.

The matress on the double bed in the third bedroom was very uncomfortable and unacceptable for the price we paid for the three bedroom suite.

Only 1 set of keys was quite restrictive for our group. The lounge / living room area could have been more comfortable. There was a dining table with 8 chairs, but the sofa only had 3 seats and wasn't very comfortable.

Great location, very central as a base to see Boston. It was reasonably priced, large apartment, with plenty of space for 3 adults.

For 5 people, sofa bed was necessary and they weren’t clean or useable. Sleeping bag didn’t feel clean- but if you have less people, who cares… Bathtubs and bathroom floors weren’t clean. Rooms and living room/kitchen was clean.

Amazing location; Parking available on site with additional cost; Nice common area. Beds were not bad. Still reasonably priced considering the location and the time of year. Great customer service.

This apartment is very sparely furnished. The couch is quite uncomfortable and the rest of the seating pretty basic and also not really comfortable. Some upgrades are in order here and a little art on the walls wouldn't hurt either. A drip coffeemaker would also be a good idea or at least a normal sized French Press. The door does not have a security lock from the inside which should be addressed.

Excellent location when visiting museums in Boston's Back Bay. The Prudential Center, diagonally across the street, is a mall which contains an Eataly (great place for upscale food and wine). Lots of great dining options close by. The apartment is pretty spacious with plenty of room for two couples. Beds were comfortable, towels were nice (yes, washcloths and bath mats were included), and kitchen had a dishtowel as well as soap, paper towels, etc.

The beds were not very comfortable and I would recommend updating the sofa in the living room, extremely uncomfortable. I also did not like paying $45 mn for one hour delayed check out.

General furnishing a bit basic/ utilitarian and the cutlery was a bit cheap and nasty. Maybe could do with having a dozen cups/ mugs to make dishwasher load more sensible. Decor needed a little bit of tlc. Description of apartment facilities included washer/ dryer- this proved to be plain wrong and it should be made clear these are local facilities and not apartment facilities.

Great location right by the Prudential Centre. Comfortable beds, decent size accommodation and very clean. Some basic provisions were left for us too, which was good.

The office chair was slightly broken and we didn't notice. One of us sat on it and the back broke off. Minor feedback would be that kitchen could have been a little more stocked (olive oil, saram wrap,etc.)

The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was quite large and provided plenty of space for my large family group. It was comfortable and contained all necessary amenities to make us feel at home. The apartment received lots of light and felt very safe. The location was perfect in relation to public transportation and the busy Copley and Newburry street areas. We were immediately provided with explanations or advice on any inquiry we had. All in all, the place felt like home which made visiting Boston a very enjoyable experience,

Expensive rate. But better than hotels so ok. Sofa bed was hard, ugly stains and uneven to sleep in. Quite uncomfortable. Late check out fees were very expensive. Lack of second keys for a large party is not great. Lockbox process a bit cumbersome. Lack of storage at concierge for luggage. A little dated, and looks it in kitchen and bathrooms.

Location is excellent. Apt/room layout, sunny, many windows street view. Beds were comfortable. Air mattress was used so that was practical. Complimentary coffees etc. Quick responses via booking chat. Safety/ concierge 24 hrs. TV streaming with key channels.
