The beds were really uncomfortable and everytime you move it seemed like the bed was about to fall apart!

No turndown service was offered. I requested more towels during my stay because we were 3 guests and in the property only had 2 sets of towels available. Customer service took note of that and stated that they would deliver 3 sets of towels for the duration of my stay, only the first day was delivered however.

The room had no coffee maker, so we had to go out for the coffee. Also not enough glasses and/or coffee mugs. Some suggestions: - cleaning of the stairway and the room with dryer and washer could be improved; - place small cotton towels in the kitchen instead of the paper towel only. - All first floor apartments have one room with a bunk bed. This could be replaced with 2 twin beds which are more comfortable for adults and kids. This would be also a plus for travelers that have a lot of luggage and don't want to go on the 3rd floor.

The room was clean and spacey, which is good when you stay with 4 adults. We requested to stay on the first floor and it was arranged. The security of the facility is good and gave us a comfortable feeling of safety. The facility had a washer and dryer which is very welcome when you travel internationally.

We were on the third floor and there is no elevator. Going with the having luggage to that level was not easy. The bad tube did not have a handgrip/handle to hold on. Have proper amount of cutlery, glasses and coffee mugs. The TV was not working properly. Volume increased automatically and we could not turn it off. We pulled the power plug.

The apartment had good security. De staff was not actually on site, but was available per phone and all requests were handled accordingly. The location had the washer and dryer which is handy when traveling. The living room and bedroom were quite spacious and is good when living with 4 adults.

It was said to be in Wynwood however it was closer to Alapattah area which isn't a nice neighbourhood at all. I wouldn't go out at night here at all. A car is definitely recommended to stay here. One of the beds had a very poor matras so we slept on the other, luckily it was just us.

Beautiful clean apartment which was close to Wynwood, Design District and other amenities. It was a great combination despite being located in a less friendly neighbourhood.

Not a super safe feeling neighborhood and seemed isolated from food/grocery locations.

Had trouble with lock codes to get out of building thru exit door. Guess they change them but we weren't aware. Found a tenant to help Us one day and another day the cleaning person. Another time we had to ask Uber driver to open gate from outside!

We were a family of four. The only thing missing were washcloths in the bathrooms. Other thatn that, we had a great visit and would consider staying here again for future visits.

We were in town for a cruise. This location was only minutes from downtown Miami and the cruise port. Good location with a gated parking lot. We felt safe during our visit.

In our apartment (11), there was no kettle provided. Additionally, the beds were emitting some noise due to improper fixation.

The location is excellent, situated close to Art Design district and downtown, as well as to amenities such as KFC, McDonald's, and a supermarket. Having a car would be advantageous, as relying on Uber or taxis could result in significant costs. The compound is safe and secure. The premises are secure and safe. Emily was very helpful and responded to all our queries on-time.

Matresses on the beds were a bit used up. Some of the furniture in the rooms need to be serviced, as they are getting unstable and unsafe.

Location was excellent as it was close to downtown and places to visit were easy to locate. The unit was very comfortable.

The only thing I disliked was how bright it was at night. The light from outside shined right through the door, being the door had a window and it was a little hard to sleep.

I loved how clean the apartment was. The room was beautiful and very white. I was greeted by the owners and they were very friendly and nice. The room itself was bigger than I expected. Its definitely an entire apartment. Bigger than a studio. Would recommend!

Location is obscure, requiring long rides in horrible, aggressive traffic. Very little to do within walking distance. Several cigarette burns on table used for eating and computer.

Instructions were clear. Kitchen was good for cooking. A big place - I didn't use the large second bedroom or the sitting area. Parking was easy. For someone who doesn't like Miami and Miami prices, this was the most cost-effective place to stay.

The beds wiggle a little and are on the soft end (I prefer harder beds) towels in the bathroom are kind of small.

Very clean and modern. Close to airport and wynwood design district and downtown. Touch less check in. Secure gated parking lot and property. It was very roomy, full kitchen, space is well distributed for a two bedroom apt. AC works flawlessly. Cleaning staff is courteous and accommodating. One of the bedrooms had a moon ceiling lamp, which I found fascinating and a very nice touch.

Main issue was the apartment we were in had a front door which did not have blind or curtains to cover at night, so exterior lights (very bright!) shone through all night. We were in a ground floor apartment, closest to the road & front gate, which meant there was a reasonable amount of road noise, and could hear other patrons coming/going during the night, as well as aircraft overhead also.

Very spacious apartment, and super clean. Great fit out and kitchen had all facilities available, along with a full size fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Lounge very roomy, and good sized shower/bathroom. While the bed was very soft, it wasn't terrible to sleep on and may suit some people. TV has plenty of channels to select from also! Electronic coded locks on access gates and door to apartment, which were very easy to use. There is a washer & drier available for no extra charge which is excellent - and location is not too bad with good restaurant/cafe options within approx. 20mins walk, and plenty of onsite parking!!
