Every piece of furniture was knicked. The fridge dented, carpentry poor, doors cheap poorly installed.

I worked from my room the first day, no maid service came and there was no DND sign to hang so I thought they must not come at all. The second day when I was at a meeting, they DID come. My personal pillow was on the bed and the case was changed out. I called the office and they sent someone (non English speaker) who must have thought it was resolved but I never got my pillowcase back. This is not really a big deal for me - the bigger deal is the selective maid service. Not knocking or attempting to clean my room when I was there and then entering when I wasn’t. The bed had been made and bathroom mat replaced though the shower was not wiped out (my hair was on the wall) and my towel had not been replaced. This seemed odd and spotty to me. Not to mention, I really didn’t want anyone in my room during my stay. Again, I didn’t tell the team, just observed the inconsistency.

My first room had a musky smell so I was immediately moved to a different room. The team was very professional and accommodating. Covered parking was a bonus! Construction unexpected but team did their best to accommodate. Didn’t make it to gym in 1st floor - floor 1 button in elevator was taped over indicating “do not press” - confusing but I didn’t ask so there could have been a workaround.

Brown bag grab-and-go breakfast was very disappointing. Room was never cleaned in our four night stay and we had to request towels. Had I known a renovation was going on, we would have stayed elsewhere.

The staff was very nice and as accommodating as they could be. I had an emergency hospital trip and they quickly added another day.

The hotel is in need of some maintenance. I was unable to turn off the airco in my room for example. Fraying carpet, broken buttons in the elevator. Everything worked, but the place has seen better days. I dislike places that charge extra for full speed wifi. The free tier worked, but come on. It's 2023, good internet isn't a luxury.

Breakfast was fine. Not the greatest, but fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, if not the most modern. For the price, it worked fine as a place to stay while working in the area.

There were roaches in my first room. Then I got a room in the third floor. There were roaches in that one as well. Less adult roaches and more baby roaches. I had to make sure that we checked out bags and shook out our clothes to make sure we did not bring any home with us.

Great place, space and employees. The breakfast was good as well. It was cheap as well. The staff also was willing to lower the price of the stay.

One of the floors, I think it's the 2nd, smelled like rotten diapers and puke during both of my stays during 2023. Some of the other guests are total trash and hog the luggage carts for themselves in their rooms. Folks smoke a whole lot of weed in their cars in the parking garage.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. I enjoy the breakfast here.

The room looked old and tired. Some things needed to be updated or replaced (the bed skirt corner was torn and hanging off of the bed, the shower shelves were cracked and peeling paint). Parking in the overnight lot cost $18 per night.

The location and value are both excellent. The free wifi was strong (no need to pay for the premium connection). The room was large and comfortable, and equipped with kitchen essentials and very nice fridge, dishwasher, etc.

Pool was closed. Our toilet was clogged and I reported it to front desk at 8 am. When we returned at 8pm toilet had not been fixed. We had to use toilet in lobby.
