My door to the room was missing a screw and the front fell out and I could not close the door. But I was able to temp fix it and told the front desk.

The air conditioner was noisy, I didn’t think it was necessary to charge for parking. It gives you the feeling that they’re nickel and diming you. 

There was a very good location for our event in Alpharetta. It was very clean comfortable. Coffee and breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it. It was a good value.

Room 222 refrigerator was loud kept us awake throughout the night had to unplug it to sleep. The air conditioning was very loud in the room as well. Every thing else was fine.

I thought I booked a one bedroom suite but got studio? Also check out is not until 12 however the day of check out the cleaning staff is standing outside your door at 9 and literally stands out there and asking when are you leaving?😳 not a comfortable feeling.

I didn’t like that my room had roaches and a leak so I had to move. I was moved into a room with clogged sinks and a garbage disposal that didn’t work. I made the best of it, even though the front desk employee to me several times that I used a 3rd party company Then I had to take over an hour to make sure that was handled instead of enjoying my time.

Breakfast was not much of a selection, not enough sitting area. The location was hidden from the back of a building. There's no light outside the whole area at night especially in the parking lot. Our Room was near the entrance/exit door. When every person enter/exit, the door shut so loud that we hear it everytime. The sofa bed was too flimsy to lay, no cushion left.

I choose the location especially for the place that we visited nearby that's why I booked this hotel. And it was the only available that has sofa bed and 2 bedrooms.

First morning, there was no breakfast bar at the scheduled time as the responsible employee failed to come to work. In the evening there was a family in the room above us who's child was continuously running/thumping on the floor. The noise was bad enough from 5:00 PM until (:00 - 9:30 PM you could not watch TV. I called the front desk, but nothing was done about it.

I tried for over 2 weeks to have a reservation canceled because I had already stayed at the property and been charged for the trip. I consistently called and emailed and even had booking.com try to assist. The property never answered and when they did all they told me was that booking.com needed to call them. Booking.com could not reach them and sent an email. They have still to responded to any of the emails I or booking.com sent and I am out $700

I and my daughter were coming in for my son's wedding, I was concerned about my daughter's medical condition and staying in any hotel however I called the hotel ahead and shared my concerns with James and James went way above to ensure our stay was worry-free. He helped with our luggage,brought us linen himself he made sure our key card worked. The room was exceptionally clean we felt safe and our stay was awesome. Breakfast was great. Big huge thank you to James, I appreciate you so much.

Pool looked green with algae, had the feeling of a run down apartment complex. Fire pit had no seating. Non cordial team member when first coming to property. Whole place smelled of Marijuana including indoors. Had to have spot lights outside ram with extension cords. Lobby was a sauna and no TV.

The room was very spacious,but the flooring should be replaced. The mattress was lumpy and out of shape. Toilet paper holder was broken. Also there was dirty towels left in the bathroom. Also they slipped in the deposit and 12 bucks for parking. Either booking.com doesn't know anything about this. But they added another roughly twenty plus more dollars than I was quoted.
