To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Brazilroom cleaning wasn’t very prompt. I often had to call the front desk and ask them to send cleaning staff. one cleaning staff told me that she was not suppose to clean when we were in the room and I had to insist. she was upset the whole time she was cleaning.

United States of AmericaHotel is pretty outdated and needs refresh all around including common areas & rooms. Even though we booked the suite, it was on the smaller side with not a great sofa bed. Bathrooms needs a refresh as well.
Breakfast was basic but reasonable. Staff was helpful & always polite. Location is great overall if you plan to stay in the domain area of Austin.

United States of AmericaIt was a bit confusing to find because it is not really at the Domain as description. Walking in the hallway to my room from parking it did have a faint smell like the pellets used in a hampster cage. There were no extra linens (onvious to find) for the sofa bed. The staff were very welcoming, laid back environment, nice breakfast choices. It was clean and the studio layout was much better than any other kind of studio apartment to rent in Austin. I do like that there was a nice kitchenette set up with good appliances, yet not being a coffee drinker, it was good to have Tea ( I would have preferred chamomile to the plain brew). I would keep in mind if coming to this area but ask to be in a different hallway away from that faint scent of pet related odors.
