This hotel was a Wonderful, Peaceful, Quiet and very clean facility. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious and there were plenty of snacks and water in the lobby for the quests. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this hotel again if we are in the area.

Rear door (outside entrance) was constantly blocked open. Believe it may have been done by an employee that went outside to smoke weed.

The bedroom and bathroom is large and the bed comfortable. The pull out sofa has a good mattress. Our receptionist at checkin was friendly. There is a good kitchen with a range of implements and things to cook with. There is a good breakfast but it’s a real shame there’s no evidence of recycling. it would be great to see hotel chains like this showing leadership in this vital area.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and they only give 2 pillows per bed and they were very flat like no stuffing inside.

Clean, spacious, nice size apartment, had everything we needed in the kitchen to feel like home. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and a variety of different juices and coffees.

stayed at this property many times. this was the first time that my card was charged for incidentals. so on check in i was charged $300 for a 1 night stay and i guess it will be refunded eventually. booked for 3 people in my room. 2 sets of towels. usually theres been at least 4 sets in the room. i guess you have to ask for extra towels. breakfast is disappointing. but they do allow pets so that something.

People that weren’t staying at the hotel we’re coming there to go swimming. It was so many people in one group and they were obnoxious and I was trying to let my grand child that is to swim and they were so rowdy she couldn’t.

That we didn’t have hot water until it was right before check out. We had to hurry and take a shower at the last minute when it was time for us to leave to bring our son back to college. Also as the breakfast team was cleaning I watched one of the staff push items down in the trash with there hands and then wet a rag and wipe down the counter and moving the utensils customers used without washing her hands.

There was no soap by the bathroom sink, I have to wash my hands with shampoo, the always leading to the rooms from the elevators smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke
