I cheked in after 9:30 pm. A group of people were there singing in the lobby. The volumne was so lound that I cannot have conversation wtih the hotel staffs. This group sang very well, but in a hotel lobby during late night? Kind of odd.

Room is spacious. It is close to JHH where I would have an eye surgery.

There are no notable areas of concern. In my opinion, everything was satisfactory.

The cleanliness and accommodations were impeccable. The room was of a generous size. The staff was accommodating and courteous.

Charged me $20+ more than my booking price and took weeks to have the difference refunded. This was a booking.com process - and booking refunded it, not the hotel. But I Had to show bank statements “proving” the charge even though my receipt showed the up-charge. Wouldn’t have been an issue if the hotel charged the right price from the beginning

Surprisingly nice stay - comfortable room

No bedding for the pull out sofa was in the room. I had to find staff to bring it. They were very helpful. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan.

Clean comfortable room. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very accommodating. The mini kitchen was well equipped.A bit disappointed in roof restaurant. Definitely more staff needed in the restaurant. Food was OK but expensive.

The only small thing was that it could sometimes be a bit noisy. Not within the hotel itself, but you could sometimes hear an ambulance or fire truck in the middle of he night. This is a product of the proximity to the hospital but we soon got used to it. Not an issue for us at all.

We checked in late at night and the receptionist, Euell, was very warm, friendly and helpful. We immediately felt very welcome. We were very pleasantly surprised when we got to our room - it as much bigger than we expected and very well appointed. The bed was large and very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, spacious and well-appointed with a really nice shower. It was a bonus to have a full fridge and a microwave and a nice large pull out sofa and tvs with good channel selection. We were extremely comfortable and most happy with the room, which provided excellent value and was a great location, near the Johns Hopkins Hospital. The breakfast was included and it offers a great selection and great food. We really enjoyed it and we can't speak highly enough of the friendly staff, particularly Lamont, who is just simply phenomenal and always willing to do anything to ensure you are comfortable and have everything you need or want.

The neighborhood wasn't exactly the best. However, everything you needed was in the hotel or easy access via grub hub or car. So, it definitely wasn't a deal breaker.

We liked the valet services, bar drinks, employees, open, spacious, and comfortable room. We also liked the layout of the room and the fully stocked kitchen items.

We were there for a procedure at Johns Hopkins and the hotel was very convenient to the hospital. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had to be at the hospital very early so we were unable to have breakfast at the hotel.

Restaurant was fine but disappointed that all entrees were seafood. Thu, I had a burger which was very good. Breakfast was so so. Nothing like waffles or any pastries. I did not use the valet parking as it cost $32 a night. Instead parked at a garage across the street for $12.

Received a complementary upgrade to a suite. Very nice accommodations and alarm clock and wake-up call both worked well.

Everything, except the valet parking fee, which is high and I wasn't informed when I booked the room.
