The showers, why do hotels insist on only covering half the shower with glass and nothing on the other half it's freezing when you're taking a shower and water gets everywhere. Also, the hotel was loud, dogs barking, kids crying, people running back and forth above us

Spotty elevator functionality, the room can be noisy in the mornings, very poor ventilation in the bathroom, cold floor tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, TV remote did not work very well, very firm mattress.

Good location, quick and easy check-in, very clean room, nice lobby area, well maintained hotel facility, nice kitchenette, excellent shower in the bathroom. Plenty of room in the room for our luggage, clothing, and our travel accessories. The USB charger was very handy. Nicely decorated and well laid out room.

Lunch or dinner would have been nice. Used Courtyard by Marriott for dinner and local Cajun style Cafe across the street. Photos from 4th floor looking out in snow. Nothing really that I didn't like.

Breakfast was 0630 to 0930, good time. Nice and cozy inside while very cold outside. Computer available to access airline checking. Nice staff.

The only drawback was that I had messaged the property about getting a room with a hand held shower and had received an email stating that the hotel could provide that. I didn't double check at the desk and when we got to our room, it didn't have that. We decided not to switch rooms and it wasn't a deal breaker in any way. Our stay was great and we will choose this facility from now on.

We have sampled a number of hotels in the area because of frequent visits to family. This is by far the best facility. We loved the suite which enabled us to bring our own food. The suite was spacious, there were extra towels, it was immaculately clean and the bed linens were crisp, modern, not overbearing; the mattress and pillows cozy. One of the BEST parts is that we could sign into our Netflix account. Most other hotels in the area do not provide for that and we find it very annoying! So good of you all to have that feature.

Moths!!! I had to kill 5 or 6 moths in my room every day! The windows were closed all the time, so I don't know how they got in, but they were everywhere. I'm not good with bugs, so this was a real challenge for me!

There is a buzzing sound that I can't quite identify that occasionally wakes me up but I can usually switch to the other bed and that fixes it.

The room is very spacious and clean and the hotel is quiet so it is a great place to work and stay.

We were in the middle of a home remodel and needed a home away from home. This fit the bill! We had a king one bedroom. It worked out great, as my husband is in IT and works from home. The breakfast was great, and the front desk staff was very nice. We would definitely return, and recommend it.

Having asked for a quiet room, it was a long trek out to it with the amount of gear an infant requires at the end of a 1,000 mile drive! But we managed with the cart. Otherwise, nothing major stood out.

We had a four-night stay with a 7-week old infant. The space was excellent for our needs. The little kitchen was decently stocked with eating and cooking utensils. We asked for a quiet part of the hotel and that was great. The beds were divine, and so was the shower. The space in the (large) bathroom was welcome. The breakfasts were above and beyond - delicious! A nice hotel.
