You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was great, the location was close to a lot. Parking. Lot was convenient and the room was spacious and clean. Love having a separate bedroom to put the kiddo to sleep in and being able to stay up. Having a kitchen to set up my coffee stuff was so much better than hoping I didn't damage a desk

United States of AmericaThe only thing I didn't like at first was the parking garage, it felt very cramped but once you park, you don't need to move your vehicle until you plan on leaving. You can easily ride a scooter, bike, walk, or Uber/Lyft to places you might want to visit.
We were in town for a concert at Van Andel Arena and this place was so close !!! The location is perfect for exploring, lots of food and bar options around. The place was extremely clean and felt safe. The breakfast had a decent selection. I really enjoyed the breakfast patio area, and the coffee station as well. We are looking forward to our next stay

United KingdomFriendly greeting by staff at front desk and friendly / helpful staff throughout hotel. Very spacious room with excellent selection of facilities and kitchen. The market from which to get a selection of items for room and the service to leave a list for staff to acquire specific items. The pool and balcony grill options. Good location in downtown Grand Rapids. Good car parking facilities. Comfortable bed. Powerful shower.

United States of AmericaThe lobby is technically on the 2nd floor. I would like to know this information before I show up to the hotel. Especially if there is such a small temp parking out front, and that parking is full. Being downtown makes that area congested.
The included breakfast was really good. Lots of choices for food, plenty of room to sit and eat. The breakfast nook area was very clean. The whole hotel was very clean and modern. The rooms are the best part. I really enjoy the city view.

The staff was amazing. My battery was dead in my car at the end of the stay. The general manager helped get it started. They delivered an extra pillow super fast. The breakfast is way better than most places. This is an actual breakfast. I will stay here again!
