I liked everything! Just one small bad point my room was next to the stairs so I would hear guests coming up and down the entire time. But didn’t bother me as much. I was more tired that I completely fell asleep and forgot about the noise.

My experience at Residence INN was above and beyond. The hotel was really nice, and clean, the room were spacious. It was in a good area near shopping centers and with a good view. Breakfast was amazing very delicious and employees super nice! My kids loved staying will totally come back. 100% recommend it!

Housecleaning was disappointing. We stayed 5 days and received service only 1 of those days. And they forgot to take out the garbage. Even upon requesting room cleaning while we were gone for the day, we returned to find out no one had been there.

The suite was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a teen. We stayed for several days and we all had plenty of space.

The pool lounge chairs were zip tied so we couldn't move them to be in the sun.

We loved everything about it. The only downfall was confusion with entrance to parking lot, due to construction, but that's a temporary issue at no fault of the hotel.

We asked for a late check out. The clerk was hesitant about it ( this was a Monday morning), and only gave us 30 minutes.

This hotel was a perfect stopping point from Phoenix to Visalia. The front desk gentleman was exceptional, very friendly, and accommodating. The room was huge and very clean. The location to many restaurants was excellent.

Besides it smelling heavenly, its a very lovely quiet clean and peaceful place. the staff is very professional and all the workers do their job great. The hotel building is pretty distanced from any possible disturbances(like the public), yet it’s only a few minute drive from the beautiful Redlands shopping center which is full of good stores. The pool and basketball court were lots of fun, very neat. Along with the breakfast which was better than what most other hotels have to offer.

I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but a man let his dog walk freely around the lobby. ( Although I feel the hotel should have enforced the leash rule better) I was coming through the lobby one day with my small(8lb) dog in his harness and leash. The dog (25-30lb) who was roaming free, came over to smell my dog. Within a minute, he started attacking my dog. I had to yank my dog off the floor by his leash and harness while yelling at the dog to stop. I think I was more shaken than my dog. I did call down to the lobby and complained. The front desk clerk told me that she had just had a talk with him about keeping his dog with him. I was just very cautious for the rest of my trip. Unfortunately he had his dog loose outside again on my last day there. But someone came to talk to him. I hope they will continue to watch that situation, because someone could really get hurt. This was the only damper on my stay. For the most part, everything was great.

I have stayed here prior to this booking and I loved it. I still do. I really like how ki d the staff is and the welcoming greetings every day. I drink a lot of coffee, so I had to ask for extra several times, and they were more than happy to help me. Everyone was so kind to my pup. The room was a great size and had everything I needed. The bed was also very comfortable. I enjoyed the privacy and felt very safe. When I visit Redlands area, I try to stay here. I definitely recommend staying here.

Cell phone reception not great in the area.

The rooms had a kitchen including a full size refrigerator and dishes and pots and pans. This is a great option if bringing family and had a great size living area as well.
