A little expensive as it is very close to the airport

There are a lots of positives like: - Very courteous and prompt staff - Super spacious rooms - Decent Breakfast - Kitchenette is in the room is very useful Also some useful tips for future travellers: - There would be an incidental hold of 250 USD on your card which would be released after you check out (for credit card - it may take 5 days, for debit card - it could be up to 10 days) - Parking would be 54 USD + Tax per day which would be deducted from the incidental hold of 250 USD taken on your card. Parking is very convenient (you will have to tap the room key at the entrance and exit of the parking lot) - For smokers: Outside the hotel, you have smoking areas (front entrance and the rear entrance) - Do not expect any doctors in the vicinity, a couple of clinics but they are useless. They will entertain only work related injuries. For any medical support, you can rely on CVS (a medical store) which could be really helpful.

What I didnt like is the breakfast was always the same menu throughout the day Need more choices, and the oatmeal, was always cooked wrong way to lumpy .

Staff were super friendly. Location was brilliant. Facilities were clean and well presented 🙂 It was awesome to watvh the aeroplanes coming in without all the airport noise.

Nothing. I got what I had expected.

Room was spacious. Breakfast is not as bad as others mentioned. Choices are limited, yes. It is like above basic I would say but definitely not bad. Bed is comfortable. They upgraded the TV system (not the tv itself) during our stay. If you’re staying for a couple of days and you need the close proximity of the airport to catch an early flight, the Residence Inn is a good choice with the shuttle bus to and from the airport provided for free.

The airport shuttle was awesome! The rooms are massive. Nice and quiet too.

It was a lot quieter than I expected! Hardly heard the jets or the traffic and my room was facing the road and runway. Also no noise from other guests (doors, plumbing etc).

It’s not free wifi. You pay $10 per day for a decent connection. No assistance with luggage, you need luck on your side to get the baggage cart to take baggage to your room. Room wasn’t very clean, carpet very old and not well vacuumed when we moved in. Parking is very expensive.

Room was very spacious (larger double queen with kitchen). Good amenities in the room. Nice free breakfast, no bacon unfortunately. Great breakfast staff, very friendly and accommodating.

Huge clean room!! Had a problem with the TV a maintenance man came immediately and ended up bringing a new one. Staff was friendly!! Food right there!! Our son is an airplane fanatic so seeing all the planes was a bonus for us but others might think it's a little noisy.

The parking fees were inflated in my opinion. They were almost the cost of a night's stay and I didn't know about them in advance. This could've been my fault for not reading the fine print. I thought my stay was paid for and got an unpleasant surprise.

Very odd shower set up potentially makes the bathroom floor wet and slippery. They really should mitigate safety and legal risk and put up some doors.

There was a towel stuffed in the ceiling vent and it looked like someone tried to use mini pads to stick it to the wall.

Only suggestion would be to reduce single use plastics at the breakfast.

Close to airport, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast had a good range of options. Staff were friendly and helpful, arranged early check in with no charge after 12 pm.
