We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The beds in this overnight accommodation are luxurious! Our first stay I liked the bathroom better but the beds were perfect after a very long laborious day of work. The guy at the front desk for both visits was exceptionall hospitality wise. We work in hospitality and I would hire him or someone with skills and character like him and we have a very high standard for hospitality. He was phenomenal. I don’t remember his name but he had long red hair (tied back)

United States of AmericaPool was closed for the season kind of early. The water was not looking great and staff reported it needed to be treated. It was advertised on line that the hotel had bikes to loan and to use on local trails. This is one of the reasons I booked with Residence Inn at Lynchburg. Sadly, there were no bicycles. Hotel is not in a neighborhood where walking is easy or even safe. Your kind of bound to rely on Uber or rent a car.
Hotel had a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Staff was friendly supportive and attended to any requests, all of them! Gym was in great shape Hotel is very clean Hot breakfast with a variety of menu options was great. The grocery shopping service was the best

United States of AmericaNot much variety at breakfast; no fruit. Sometimes coffee was not ready and no creamer. Why do hotels never have a fan in the bathroom? This causes the room to steam up when showers are taken, which in turn causes the rest of the hotel room to be musty and it never really airs out. This contributes to mold and musty smells.
The room was a nice size and really liked the layout. The closet with the drawers and shelf opposite was excellent. Loved the fact that you have a shower and not a tub. Thank you thank you for having plenty of hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. Finally, a hotel does it right! Large shower with good water pressure.
