I expected the shower area to be bigger, but it was still amazing.

I liked how the room looked like a one bedroom apartment. My partner and I definitely liked going from watching TV on the couch, to playing a game at the kitchen table. I'm a bit sad I didn't get to try out the stove or microwave, but it's on my to-do list for next time.

Unfortunately, the whirlpool was down and that was one of our highest criteria in our hotel selection. We understand things happen and sometimes there is just not anything that can be done, but very disappointing. Hopefully, it truly was a situation in which nothing could be done and every effort had been made. Second, for a top-notch experience, management could recognize events that might be bringing guests and schedule around that. It looked like there were several guests there, like us, for the marathon. The marathon start time was 7 AM, which is when breakfast started. So, most of our group was not able to take advantage of breakfast. If nothing else, coffee and packaged items could be put out for travelers that leave early.

The suite arrangement worked well with family members being able to have their own rooms. Appreciated the breakfast.

Halls outside of room had a strange odor like someone was cooking food but badly. All flies above the first level smelled like this. Odor was so strong I kept sneezing and other guests commented as well.

Room was clean and perfectly suited our needs. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Would stay again.

The only thing I had a problem with was the kitchen utensils and the pots and pans were dirty.

We enjoy our stay from February 4th to February 5th. Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Upon entering our room it was clean and fresh the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Thank you

The age of the building and furnishings are showing their wear. Time for some updates. My family has been gathering here for a Xmas weekend for many many years. Very convenient for us but with the price we pay updates and renovations are needed

They allow my family to use common space for a gathering. Very accommodating

Breakfast was crappy. sandwiches in heated bin too long, got hard. Oranges that had exceeded shelf life. Had to pay extra for housekeeping services.

Housekeeping did mot pick up used towels and trash left in the hallways. Still would not be change out towels.

The size of the room. I always loved these rooms because it gives you the feeling of being in an apartment.

The room was filthy. There was hair in almost all the drawers and on the bed sheets. There was dust in all the corners and the carpet was filthy. The breakfast tasted very cheap and only the packaged food was good. Hot tub was also not working after being told on phone that is was working.

Great location and staff was great but won't return due to cleanliness.

I love that everybody here is always so welcome with smiling faces. The staff is amazing, and the hotel overall is a quiet, peaceful, place of enjoyment or work. The space is VERY clean and housekeeping does an amazing job with trash upkeep and ensures everything is properly stocked. I love the team work and the new staff! Will most definitely be returning to these lovely faces!

Needs updating. Very worn out furniture and finishings. Both nights had terrible noise at night. Running up and down hallways slamming doors and partying in hallways until 3 am

No clean towels in my room. I had asked for clean towels in my room on a daily basis. I was told by the staff the best that could be provided was every other day. That didn't happen either. No fresh towels were provided over the course of my stay.

The fact that there was big soap shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower instead of the little travel size individual ones. It just seemed really unhealthy.

The rooms were very clean and also the facility was very clean.

Room was not very clean, and the room itself was most definitely not worth the money I had to spend on it. We will not be back to this location again

The beds were hard & lumpy. The pullout bed mattress was very flimsy and uncomfortable. The hot water was sparse and water pressure was lacking. The pool deck was dirty & the hot tub was not in use.

The breakfast was pretty good for a continental breakfast with plenty of options & the staff was super helpful with checking ingredients for our children with food allergies. The rooms were good sized.
