The AC machine was super loud, so it was impossible to sleep with AC on. When we switched it off, it turned out that the fridge was even worse. So the nights were not as comfortable as they could be. We also didn't like that there were absolutely no vegetables on the breakfast.
The location was great. The stuff was very nice and friendly. We had a family room with a very comfortable king bed. We arrived earlier and our room was already prepared, which was great. We could store our luggage for free after checking out, and we liked that a lot!

The location is amazing. It's right next to the train station, many shops just around the corner and we felt safe walking around there. The breakfast was very nice with a good selection of bagels, cereal, and hot dishes.

Not enough dishes and silverware, 2-3 of each, no peeler or small utility knife, just 2 bread knives. Only 1 dishwasher tablet for 3 nights, no sponge, towel, extra trash bag or dish soap. We had to rotate the TV for the image not to be pixellated but we managed. My kids hated the thin old pillows, but the beds were comfortable. We were close to the elevator so I was woken up every 15-20mn from 5:30am by the elevators beeps and luggage rolling in on Monday morning.
The location was absolutely perfect for us, very close to all major subway lines, the 9/11 museum, shops, grocery store, and lovely cafes. The studio was roomy, clean, and having a kitchenette was a big plus. We had a great time. We couldn’t hear the rooms next door to us except on Monday morning when everyone packed and rolled their suitcases around. The breakfast was ok. Nice coffee machine, not crowded.
