At checking in she asked if it was ok for shower only I told her no because when I come out to relax and love to soak my bubble baths are the best part of being on any type of vacation. She said ok and said she changed it and when I got up to the room it was short only. If it wasn’t available than say so. Not just say you gave us a room with a tub and don’t. I was exhausted and wasn’t in the mood to go back down or hassle about it. The amenities is great was a little disappointed not having at least one complementary water.

I loved how spacious the room was and the cleanliness. The pool is awesome one of the main reasons why I booked. Breakfast awesome as well. Location is awesome close to everything.

Needed more than one trash can in room. Also needed a nonslip bath mate in shower as tub was slippery.

The fold-out couch was extremely uncomfortable. We ended up moving the mattress to the floor so my daughter didn't have the bar poking her in the back all night. The noise from the highway was a bit annoying, and we got woken up at 7:45 a.m. by leaf blowers, so if you are sensitive to noise, request a room on the inside, away from the road.

The two-bedroom suite was fantastic! Bedrooms were huge and the beds comfortable. Both bathrooms were very nice as well. The kitchen was very well-equipped and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Everything was clean and modern. The setting is beautiful, nestled in among big oak trees.

I did not like the $12 parking charge. It does seem like a money grab. People have to park at the hotel they stay at.

The front desk clerk, Zak was great. He had a great sense of humor, good personality, professional and friendly and very helpful. I was also very appreciative of the temperature of the indoor pool. It was just perfect and I was able to take a nice swim. Also, it was quiet and no one was smoking.

The walls were not insulated. We didn't feel like we had any privacy.

Was unable to precheck in and calling property was meet with a busy phone signal, on several attempts.

The suite was perfect size for me and other. Great set up and have always loved the kitchenette especially to store leftover foods.

My only complaint was that the TV in the living room would not change from the Marriott channel.

The entrance was not easy to identify and was inconvenient to access. We were very disappointed that breakfast finished at 9am on a Saturday.

Just a lack of choices. Breakfast sandwiches were made with pancakes not muffins. Pool not available for a whole day and night due to large family birthday party. Not good on a really hot day but we did ok and went later in evening for an hour with our young granddaughter.

Breakfast was not up to their usual standard due to covid. Not sure why the restrictions are still in place. Only in Sacramento. Choices were lacking.

the site advertises 2 king beds in suite but they don’t have 2 king bed rooms. Also, there were ants in my room. I payed for room in full before stay but the card booking.com had on file at the hotel (booking.com credit card not my personal card) kept declining when I checked in

Dogs everywhere. Animal odor in room. Not good for anyone with allergies or sensitivity to pet dander. Staff unable to move us to a sanitary room.
