The kitchen was not really clean. The counter was not wiped very well and the shelves on the wall had a layer of dust and crumbs that had obviously been there quite awhile.

The breakfast was quite limited but tasty. The gal, Jasmine I believe, that was working the desk the night we checked in was wonderful! Her attention to detail and willingness to help with a great attitude, even though the hotel was fully booked and they were short staffed, was refreshing!

HVAC in room was very noisy. Shower was not clean and very slippery. Bathroom sink bowl was physically cracked (very large and unsightly). Microwave oven and refrigerator were dirty. Only 2 bath towels in room.

The only thing I did like about the stay was the bed, I've never slept in a more uncomfortable bed in my life. Was sinking in towards the center had to keep pulling myself up towards the top left corner of the bed all night, I got maybe 3 hrs of sleep the whole night. Was super disappointed, in that are almost wanted to move my baby from the sofa but I'm a mom so I didn't. 😰😰 besides the unevenness off the mattress, it was extremely hard, ive slept of twin mattress, w/out box springs placed directly on metal way more comfortable than this particular bed. The sheets continued to pop off from side to side also thinking they might of been the wrong size stretched to go on the king-sized bed.

The front desk lady I think her name was Valerie stayed 8/1/21 she was absolutely an A+++++ she made sure everything was great her happy go lucky attitude and customer service was so perfect, all while doing mopping and laundry plus handling other check ins/outs I can't speak highly enough about her I hope I got her name correct but thank you!!! I was told at check out I'd get a 25 credit/discount but I still hadn't seen that 🤔

We were checked into a room already occupied. Another guest’s belongings were obviously present. Never fun, and bizarrely this happened to us the previous night at a different hotel. The breakfast was terrible, no rolls, or bread, or bagels or muffins, and no protein. Only I cereal, Frosted Flakes. Fruit, but bananas were all overripe. Another guest came down and asked staff where the biscuits and sausage were. The staffer replied with disinterest that they had run out.

Building is new. It was clean. Liked having central, thermostat-controlled AC, not a noisy stand-alone. Room size and kitchen were excellent.

After staying at this location previously a year and a half ago we were SHOCKED at the poor state of the grounds. The grass was unmowed and the landscaping was unkept with weeds growing in every rock bed and dead bushes everywhere from the February freeze. Every exterior trash bin overflowing. The staff that was there was very nice but so very, very spread thin that the experience really suffered. There was one woman trying to cover breakfast, front desk, phones, organizing cleaning staff. The coffee was so weak it looked like tea when there was any at all. Breakfast replenishment happened infrequently even though the one staff member was running ragged. The pool tile looked as if it had never been cleaned. Our room was very clean but some fixtures are really showing their age.

Our family of 5, 2 adults & 3 teenagers absolutely love the 2 bedroom/2 bath suites. It feels like being able to rent a small house. Our room was very clean.

on was an issue at check-in since I had to book thru a 3rd party (booking.com); I had already paid for the room online but the hotel required a credit card for "Incidentals". I gave them my debit card and they processed another $900.00 on my debit card. I tried to call the property 4 times over a 2 day period to speak with the property manager and still have yet to be called. I will never be back to this hotel again. I have stayed at 3 different hotels since last weekend and all have been Hilton properties. I am probably done with Marriott. Thanks,

I liked the fact that I got to sleep in a bed a take a hot shower. That is about it.

The room was filthy, I paid a booked a room that was NOTHING like the online booking stated. I complained about this and was told nothing could be done! I have severe food allergies and I only chose this facility because of what was represented online! I would NEVER recommend this facility and the next time I visit my son in the military I will NOT be staying in this facility. To be charged a price for a specific room then to be told you can’t have that room!
