Great Hotel in Downtown San Diego.

Reception staff talking about other customers while I was waiting to check in. Also, got charged twice when I prepaid for the room. Also, staff member checking me in was not entirely clear with her questions. In other words I had to finish her thoughts in trying to understand what she was saying. Overall not impressed with the check-in staff.

I love the most there are kitchen appliances in the room, fridge, cook tops/stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, sink, even simple cooking & eating utensils (pots, plates, bowl, spoons & forks! Sofa Bed can convert into a bed, that my 10 years old sleeps there. The Mini Market Downstairs, My daughters & Myself love it, and The Laundry (Washing Machine & Dryer) on Level 17, Perfect for a family with your kids like mine, Also very beautiful location, view from our room is amazing.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

From the valet to the receptionist & all the staff there, very friendly and helpful. The room was great. Beautiful view, and I loved that they had a full-size fridge, kitchen, dishes, and silverware. Everything I needed was in our room. The bed was very comfortable, and there was also a pull out couch. Extra pillow & blanket. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, They had many options. They also have a little market where you can buy snacks, sandwiches, and other food items. We stayed there for an event that was at the waterfront. It was walking distance for us, so that was a plus. I definitely recommend staying there. Beautiful hotel and exceptional staff.

I wish there was a bathtub in our one bedroom suite! There were only showers available and our toddler hates showers haha.

The hotel was perfect for our little family of three! We had almost all the amenities we needed that made traveling with a toddler so much easier. The location is also incredible. So many things to do and see right outside the hotel itself or within walking distance/a short drive. We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to others!

Did not know there was a Marathon the day of our check in which made it a mission to get to our hotel with all the roads leading to our hotel were blocked off or closed.

Everything went will with our stay at this property. Staff, was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean but bathroom small in size. Not enough counterspace to set up your toiletries or makeup when getting ready for a night out. Loved the location, near the marina. Hotel is near the Gaslamp District where you can enjoy a nice walk with a lot eateries and sights to see.

That half of the balcony/terrace was closed off. The past few years it was all opened. Not this time.

Love the location, close to the park for the kids, close enough to walk to to the Gas Lamp for adults. Close enough to Sea Port Village for both.

The hotel is overpriced. It's just a business hotel, nothing special. The breakfast was quite poor. No healthy food, no real bread, bananas were the only fruit. Breakfast is until 9.00 am and they start clearing up at 8.45 am. There are no possibilities to have lunch in the hotel. After breakfast and until the rooftop bar opens you can't get anything to eat or drink.

We liked the spacious room with the wonderful view. The location near the harbor and close tot Santa Fee Station was very good. The best was the rooftop restaurant at sunset with delicious cocktails and food but it is not a proper restaurant.

Unfortunately was let down by cleanliness in room & hotel. Room was not very clean upon check in with a lot of loose hairs around (bathroom floor, kitchen counter etc). Daily cleaning not great either.

The cleanest ,scenery, and safety area where I could walk every morning . The breakfast was delicious.
