Pool size and surrounding deck is pretty small and crowded.

Room was nice with the balcony which faced inland, but views were into the harbor area.

The room was comfortable but no kettle for making tea also at 11pm the bar out the back of hotel decided to have loud music till 2am so we didn’t get a lot of sleep

Not all switches and outlets worked in our room. Couch bed super uncomfortable. Our son ended up just sleeping on the couch instead.

Loved the location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were great. Loved the view from the pool and live music on pool deck was the best! Would stay their again.

the sheets were really scratchy and the outdoor chairs at the pool were kinda gross. many were stained or a little smelly like stuff had been spilled and never cleaned

Breakfast was really good every day, coffee was good as well, sometimes hotel coffee can be really bad, so we were happy we didn't have to search for coffee somewhere else. The staff were very nice, along with the pool, rooms and workout room. We loved the location. It was right in the center and felt safe. We also requested to move rooms right away because we were put right next to a bar that there was loud music at and they accommodated us right away.

I wished the parking had been free but…. It wasn’t

The location was great for walking to beach and dinners and Marina. We loved our 7th floor room balcony facing the bay. We enjoyed sunrises there as well as seeing dolphins from the balcony. The staff in all areas of the hotel were wonderful. From the desk, valet, housekeeping, breakfast staff, maintenance workers, all were excellent .

Two things that could be better. One the bathroom should have an exhaust fan and two when I asked the overnight desk worker for assistance she said she would come to the room but never did

Pillow was way too soft. Couch cushions weren't comfortable. Couch mattress was old and actually leaving dust where it was falling apart underneath. No fan in the bathroom.

Despite having communicated with the hotel by email - which was ignored - then by Facebook - and asking for an earlier check-in which we were told was in hand, on arrival, none of the rooms were ready or allocated and check-in was painfully slow. It was my wedding day and I had a make-up artist waiting. I could have done without the stress and the wait. Breakfast was crazy busy with nowhere to sit, so we couldn't sit together as a family.

The size and facilities of the room and the location were great.

Difficulty finding on Coronado. The Pina Colada at the bar was not the best though the bar tender was very nice.

We had a very nice view of Inland Waterway with a great sunset and moonrise. Block from beach, easy walking and fairly close to pier. We hung by pool the 2nd day and meet some great folks and had great conversations. The front desk was very helpful, the rooms were immaculate and up to date. Channel selection a little lacking on TV. The free breakfast was a little thin, could have had better variety, such as more fruit, yogurts, coffee choices and pastry. Other than that and a hefty price per night on the weekend, it was a fine stay. My only Real complaint was it was actually hard to find having no signage easily seen from street. Bar had a pretty good lunch menu. Generous parking, stay overnight and leave it for overnight and the next day at one price. If you visit but don't have a hotel reservation, you can still park there, but the parking rate changes daily.

I did not like paying $31.00 a day for parking when I was a guest seeing that you were charging the same price to the general public. Seen like residence should have at least have gotten a break on parking.

The cleanliness of the room. The location was probably the best thing. Breakfast was good until you run out of butter and was not really pleased that all meat products served were either turkey or chicken.

too many unattended barking dogs left in rooms on my floor. early morning barking dogs woke up family and late nite barking. also above coco crush restaurant with live bands .8-midnight every nite. too loud couldn’t sleep. elevators were like a sauna and didn’t run frequent enough

Pull out couch was HORRENDOUS. Very uncomfortable, springs poking my back it was awful. ALSO - the band playing at Cocos next door played until AFTER MIDNIGHT!! Unacceptable
