I wish the breakfast options would change daily and there were more choices. The waffles had no flavor so that was very disappointing. But it was nice to be able to get breakfast every morning! Also, the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all!

The location was really great. To get to the beach, simply walk across the street, through the Surf Style store and you’re there. We also loved being able to walk to so many restaurants nearby. Everything was convenient. The staff were all very friendly and nice. Our room was spacious enough and clean.

The room was dirty and worn. The breakfast wasn't bad but they start putting it away 15 minutes prior to the end of breakfast.

The location was great. Not far from everything- food, shopping and the beach. Everyone was kind.

This property is super close to the beach and it has the absolute best price out of every hotel at Clearwater. The bedrooms are always super nice, clean, and very spacious, coming with a full kitchen, a living room, bedroom, and bath. I just really love this hotel overall and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had numerous issues with our key cards. We came back from dinner one evening and both our cards were just randomly no longer working. Front desk took care of it and then a day later our key cards stopped working in the elevator. Also the restaurant inside does not open when it says it opens on the information sheet they provide at check in

arrived with email confirmation from booking.com for 2 rooms, but was told that only one room was booked. despite the email confirmation they said it was a mistake from booking.com and I had to contact them to fix it: manager said that I should always book directly from hotel website to avoid this kind of mistakes. hotel manager was able to secure another room, but I am still waiting for booking.com refund: although I called them immediately, they did proceed to charge the room that I never got.

We went to our room which had 1 bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable springs were pressing on the mattress 🙄 woke up hurting all over. For $379 a night that was not worth it. Told the staff they didn't bring another mattress till the next day. Also all the plugs in the room stopped working which at least they were able to fix those right away. Want my room cleaned was told to put a notice in 24hrs ahead. It could be a good hotel if they fix some of the minor stuff and maintain their equipments better you definitely need a new sofa bed.

The valet people good especially a young lady Name Laila was great and welcoming. Some of the main staff inside were also nice.

The pool was freezing, the beds both regular bed and the pull out couch was awful. Main bed was super hard and the pull out mattress is all springs like it hasn't been changed in years and years.

The staff was amazing. We showed up way before check in and even though our room wasn't ready they let us start using the amenities so we went right to the pool while we waited. The pool was freezing and although they are supposed to be heated they are not. The room was nice size and had a full kitchen and is right across from a store with a marker in it. I also love the safety feature that you can't get to the floors with rooms without a hotel key.

The cost of parking your car at $29 dollars a day. As a guest of the hotel you should be able to park at no cost. The cost of the room was high without he parking cost.

The location of the property is fantastic. They offer a free breakfast that was very good. The price per night I felt was still high but compared to other hotels in the area it was the lowest around.
