You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was well furnished. Full kitchen with decent tableware. Space was good for us. Fitness room was well equipped compared to some hotels. Breakfast had good choices. Outside sitting area Shuttle service to Vail village.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was healthy and filing. I didn't get a chance to use the hot tubs or gym, but that's on me.

They had just opened this hotel a few days ago and everything looked shiny and new. Our room had a kitchenette and living room space , so overall very spacious. They had some water issue next day morning and they gave us late checkout because of that . Gym was also very well equipped. Property was very close to Vail village. Huge display of fall colors right from the bedroom.

MexicoThey told us that the shuttle was complementary but it seemed that the employees were bothered by taking us. Several times they complained that some people did not tip them and in one occasion we were already on the shuttle, my wife was in the front seat and we thought it could be done because several times they took people in the front seat but that particular time the woman who was driving told us in a very unpleasant and rude way to get off the shuttle because my wife can not go on the front and when we ask why she was been so rude she just replay “you don’t follow the rules “ rules that we don’t have!!!!! My wife went inside and ask the manager if you can ride in the front seat and the manager say that it was ok that was not against the insurance rules
