There was dog fur EVERYWHERE My tub was dirty My floors were dirty My remotes to my TV were broken The staff was too flirtatious and forgot to inform me that there was a $50 deposit I wanted to switch my room and they tried to charge me another $50 It seemed like they allowed someone to stay there and they just made their bed up and left it that way

The room wasn't fully cleaned, and we had to kill roaches in our suite. The parking lot is tight. If you have a bigger vehicle, you may have a hike ahead of you. When there was an issue with someone refusing to leave the room, the front desk told me to handle it because if anything happened to the room, I'd be liable.

The property was filthy. The housekeeper said she had just washed the floors but you could clearly tell she hadn’t swept prior to or scraped up any of the goo on the floor. My feet were filthy after walking around in the morning. The table had sticky ??? on it. one of the beds had stains on the sheets and mattress cover.Ceiling had stains. Food stuck on wall.

The whole property needs to be upgraded. Saw a few roaches and a nest of bees around our balcony. The room is okay but not the cleanliness. The staff was friendly

It was close to the Exchange Park where the Black Food Truck Festival was held.

I didn't like the breakfast. No fruits, no coffee available at the time. No cereal. Yogurt was gone. Very low stock on breads and the English muffins had mold. The parking was a nightmare, we had to park far and walk to the room. Only 1 trash can . No tissues. Towels hard, cheap brand.

The location is great. The bed was excellent. Room is spacious.

Room had big cockroaches bed sheets smelled horrible and were really wrinkled had to get new sheets. Bees nest outside of room. Not what I was used to since the last time I was here in 2014

Some of the staff was nice, couple where very rude at front desk. But the ones that were nice made a difference.

The room was run down with the base of the bed splitting, The fridge was constantly making noise. The fire alarm went off at 3 am during my stay. The rooms around me had loud music playing until 11 pm

The size of the room was wonderful it is the largest room that I have stayed in all my traveling for my company. I loved that there was a full size fridge

Check in 30min early and charged additional $25. Light fixtures in bathroom missing showing spiders and spider webs. Unpleasant looking stains on bed skirt.

The linen (sheets,towels) and Comforter are not very clean, I suggest you buy an bring ur own. It’s good for the price you pay, But if u plan on staying for a while buy ur own cleaning supplies and linen and cooking supplies (Pots,Pans,dishes Ect) The pictures are NOT up to date!!

The EVERY SET OF sheets I was giving I had stains on them. The floor was soaking wet my whole entire stay.

The paint on the ceiling was peeling off, the bedsheets and towels were stained, the shower curtain bar was coming off the wall.

Hotel was in a safe location, the hotel staff was extremely nice. The bed was comfortable. It was a convenient location to the airport and other shops.

It wasn't equipped with the things an extended suite should be and there were roaches in the room. Also I had to put down a deposit of 200$ that has yet to return so far.

I didn't like the fact that I booked a room and when I got there they were unable to accommodate me and I don't like the fact that they hold on to your deposit for so long before it returns to your bank if you are using a debit or credit card I don't like the fact that some of the rooms are not totally clean but just wipe over and I don't like that you cannot park in front of your room you have to park down the street somewhere.

I like the room I like the price and the staff was decent.
