Well kept, clean and updated. Everything in working condition, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Location to downtown good and parking on site was convenient.

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of heated pool in hotel. The pool was not heated and the management knew this. We had to go across the street to use the pool of another hotel. We are talking in November. Had to dress in warm clothes, pack clothes to change into, in a bathroom across from pool. Had no way of drying hair after swimming. Go back to bathroom to change out of wet clothes, into warm clothes, and get out in the cold to get back to room. The pool was because of our five year old granddaughter.

Breakfast was the best ever. Staff was very nice. Room was great. Location was great. Just wish pool was heated.

The location was perfect, just walking distance from so many attractions. Our room was clean and ready for us when we got there. The kitchen was stocked for us to make a meal if we wanted to. Plenty of space for our little family. We ate breakfast there every morning and it was always hot and delicious. The staff was always friendly and greeted us every morning.

We had three people and the room had a pull out sofa bed for the third person. Would have been nice to have a room with a real bed for the odd person.

Everything about the hotel was great. My grandchildren loved the room and then pool. The breakfast was perfect for them except they ran out of blueberry muffins, but they were happy with the waffles !!!

The cost for the stay was a bit higher than I would have liked, but then 1) maybe I'm not as travelled as I should be to appreciate this, and 2) this may have been a marvelous price in comparison to the others around. For me on this trip, the location was more important than the price-point, so at the end of the day, I was still happy.

The facilities were great. The breakfast had variety, was hot, was set up in a way that made it easy for people to arrive, get their food, then clear the area so that those coming behind them were not standing and waiting for them to move to the seating area. The location was excellent - and the parking area was great, considering that parking areas like that in the downtown area are pretty rare. Very valuable aspect to me. The check-in experience was super. The two staff members we dealt with on checkin - Theo and a young lady from from Guatemala - were SO friendly. The fact that she was from Guatemala and felt comfortable speaking in Spanish with us made my traveling companions feel like they were "back home and among friends!" Residence Inn Chattanooga Downtown has a great "face" with those two on-deck.

Perfect location!!!! Very easy to walk or catch the free shuttle to all the downtown/riverfront sights! The free breakfast had lots of options including gluten free muffins which really impressed me! Staff & General Manager were super friendly!! Will definitely be back!!

The staff was amazing, but I do recommend that the room service that cleans before guests be sure to change all linens even if they appear unused like the sheets! There was long hair on our extra blanket in the closet, and there were some specs of what could have been chocolate or another guests old stained blood spots on the sheets(very small but I inspect every where due to sick child) that were on the bed when I folded them down. I did not report it to the front desk, instead we slept on top of the comforter with a sheet and the extra blankets and we were very comfortable all the same. I do not like complaining especially due to the rest of the room appeared very clean and I am thankful. I wish there was more of a selection in the store beside front desk especially bc no vending machines. Maybe add toiletries to purchase like deodorant, razors, etc. Food selection was very limited I wonder if it's was bc we stayed on a Friday through Sunday so less frozen food to choose from. We may do with what we had and it was nice not having to leave the hotel unless we wanted to.

Upon arrival We Loved the ease of service and the hospitality. These guys have amazing breakfast selection and some great cooks behind the scenes my little girl was so pleased & the amazing staff so friendly and how the understand everyone doesn't come down so early & everything was still available hot and fresh from 7 to 10am!! They even asked was there anything they could grab or bring out and it was 9:20am so hotels are out of the good stuff by then! The fact that there is an indoor pool is always a plus when it's clean and heated and the gym had a decent selection of workout equipment and not to mention this place is a way reasonable price! Very roomy & comfortably big rooms and fully functional kitchen. Very comfortable dining area to lounge in or watch TV by the fireplace.

They don't give you enough soap and towels. It was four of us and we had one bar of soap and three towels.

I loved that it is located walking distance to restaurants, shopping centers, children's museum, movie theater, Aquarium, ice skating, playground, boat ride, bridge walk, ice cream shops and many many more! The breakfast was good also! Sausage, grits, eggs, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, muffins, yogurt, apples, oranges, juice, chocolate/regular milk and breakfast taco's!

The woman at the front desk went over and beyond to help me . It was last Sunday, she was working alone and was swamped with people checking in . She managed to be extremely kind and patient which under the circumstances is a rare quality.
