An overhead awning would be so helpful to load and unload luggage in inclement weather. We loaded our car in rain and everything was wet. Also, parked in a handicap parking place under a medium size tree (left of the main entrance door facing the building) ) and when we returned to our car it was major plastered with bird poop! Had to seek a car wash immediately so the mess would not be baked on in the sun.

Breakfast at Residence Inn was delicious! Different selections each morning! Servers were so very helpful and attentive. Excellent! Thank you!

-Noisy squeaky door between living room and the bedroom. -Pull out sofa bed’s mattress pad and straight edge sheets could not be secured .. so I found myself in the middle of the night ..sleeping directly on the mattress itself. -No usb ports near the beds or sofa.

In the first room, the shower water was either fridges cold or boiling hot. Luckily my second room, the shower had no issues.

The location was great, rooms were perfect for what my family needed, and the morning breakfast was a great comfort to have. Additionally, I need to unexpectedly extend my stay, and the staff were a real help in making that happen.

I was without hot water for 3 days. The maintenance was there to fix something in the boiler. Well I never was able to get hot water and had to bathe in cold water for three days.

The room smelled like urine the sofa bed was a full but the mattress looked like a twin it was so thin my kids could feel the springs we could tell it hadn't been cleaned because when we opened it up there were little toys in it the floor in the kitchen area was sticky and was promised a second refund but never received

I had to call about house keeping for 3 days and didn’t receive the service until I went to the lobby. i requested two towels by phone twice and did not receive them until I complained at the lobby. There was an ant problem in the room. they wanted to give me chips as an I’m sorry for not getting any of the requested services.

Online it showed a Jacuzzi, upon arrival we were told the Jacuzzi had been filled in and no longer available. In My sister's room the toilet was not working. The maintenance staff fixed it the following day room 525

Unfortunately, and really at no fault of the staff, the A/C in our suite did not work. The room did have a damp pet smell, it smelled like dog pee. since this is a family and pet-friendly property, they should really get rid of the carpet and just have hard floor which is easier to keep clean since their pets are welcome. perhaps, have laminate flooring or tile and just have a rug by the bed of the concern is cold floors getting out of the bed. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay there due to the a/c issue but staff accommodated us to another hotel and allowed us to continue using their facility

The suite we were going to stay in was a good size. I was traveling with my husband, son and cousin and it was nice that my cousin was going to have his own room and bathroom. Full kitchen is definitely a plus as you can save on eating out. The pool was clean, the Game room was clean, breakfast was good and the dining area was also clean. Gym also was clean. SUPER Friendly Staff. we could not stay due to the a/c not working but the front desk rep (Jamie) worked hard in accommodating us on another hotel, also the Hotel Manager (Brent) is super professional and worked hard in getting us a room on the adjacent property. Housekeeping and Maintenance crew were super helpful
