You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

There is no restaurant or bar on the property for dinner or drinks.
My first stay at this property. I was pleasantly surprised as the place was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and different each morning. The rooms were very comfortable.

**I Highly recommend the Residence Inn by Marriott, I love there hotels**The breakfast was excellent this is my favorite hotel to stay at. I choose this hotel because I have used them in the past when I traveled to other states. This hotel is beyond amazing. I would highly recommend staying at there hotels. They have a lot to offer, I didn't want to leave. Residence Inn by Marriot is my favorite my child ask can we stay another night, so we stayed another night. I will be staying in these hotels when I travel. I like everything about this hotel, the price is just right, the breakfast was excellent. I am grateful for the service. I highly recommend staying in there hotels. It exceeded my expectations. Keep up the good work.

Breakfast was nice. Need to add grits to the menu. Jasmine at the front desk gave the best customer Service that I ever had. She was always smiling. She was very professional. Also, she was on point with all that I needed and asked for.

a little pricy for a one night stay , but the property was beautiful , safe and very clean !
wonderful amenities! pool , hot tub , basketball and pool table were well enjoyed ! the associate at the front desk was friendly and thorough about pool hours and breakfast!

Proximity to the highway made it noisy outside. But it made acc as easy. There is a large shopping center 5 minutes away for dining etc
The facilities are very nice. We were moving to another city and had to stay here with our dog to wait for the house to be ready. The staff were always helpful and everyone and everyone was Covid responsive. The breakfast was surprisingly complete with eggs and meats.

Bathroom sink right wall had makeup or something on it. Due to covid I always clean before touching any surface so I had cleaned it with disinfectant I purchased. Also under the couch when we pulled out the sofa bed, there was chips and candy underneath. I had to clean it.
Extra towels and pillows were given at no extra cost. It was helpful for sleep

The mattress in bedroom was hard and you could feel the coils. Bed linen was stained; pillowcases.
It was a nice property, clean and quiet other than traffic noises. The breakfast was delicious and eating area clean. Overall good rating and I would stay again.

I couldn’t sleep for 2 nights due to constant traffic noise. Kept me awake. Air conditioning was poor. Staff at reception were next level rude

The desk clerk went out of his way to give me one of the few rooms that was both closest to the nearby highway, and directly facing the highway so that the traffic noise was incredibly bad and loud when I woke for a bathroom trip at 1:00 AM. I had to leave the hotel a day early and begin a 1600 mile drive to Florida a day early because I couldn't rest .
