I think when clean the room the same time will be nice go ahead replace the kitchen towels and clean the kitchen area too, It was left not clean at all. The lighting at the elevators area really is way too dark, I almost tripped on the edge of the carpet.

I really enjoy the “old” bank turn into a modern hotel, although the lighting is bit dark at the elevators area, I thought I was in the movie setting at the elevators door. 😆 The stuff is very exceptional friendly! Specially the front door service associate name Chuck! He is extremely helpful and friendly!

I was very disappointed that there was not access to the exercise room, it was temporarily closed. When I brought it up at the front desk she did not explain, only told me that I could go to an outside gym down the block. I did not bring clothing to walk to a gym in the rain, nor was I interested in walking at night in the winter to a location I was not familiar with in a city I was not familiar with. Fortunately when my traveling partner mentioned this again at check out to the manager he felt that a small refund was in order for our inconvenience which I appreciated.

Very cool building and architecture. The room was nice. Breakfast had decent options, wish I had more time I may have had more :)

The building and its furnishings are a bit worn and tired. Breakfast was very standard bagels, yogurt, bread, bagged eggs, frozen pancakes, and not very fresh. The muffins were still partially frozen. There were not enough tables and chairs for guests eating breakfast at 9 a.m.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The building was interesting in that they left parts of the former bank that once occupied the building such as vault doors intact.

There was a old cherry tomato in the sofa bed, and no blanket for the bed. It took the room hours to cool off to the temperature we wanted. It was clean enough, but could have been cleaner. It was good for one night, but I would have complained if we had been staying longer.

Really neat building! Nighttime desk employee was really friendly. Room was large and it was nice having a table to eat at in room. Neat view from our room!

Staff always smiling and friendly! Good breakfast spread and all day water/coffee bar. I believe it is the only Columbus downtown hitel with a full kitchen. The rate I booked at was exactly what they said, unlike a few others I have stayed at in the last 6 months. Definitely the hotel I prefer to stay at when visiting Columbus and the location is right.in the mix of things making so much accessible with a short, safe walk.

Nothing..we loved it.

We got the two bedroom two bath suite. So much room and beds/pull-out were very comfortable. The hotel staff was pleasant and the valet helped with our bags. Breakfast was perfect. Especially after a Bachelorette night on the town. Everything was literally within walking distance. Food, drinks, dancing.
