We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was some struggles checking in due to weather knocking out the Wi-Fi and the night staff was super helpful with figuring things out. Check out was also incredibly easy.

United States of AmericaMy only issue was there was only one pan to cook with and no bakeware. The body was container was empty. There wasn't any sugar for coffee in the room. Breakfast was just okay and only went until 9:30.
The location was perfect for the concert! The room was cozy and clean. We loved the pool. The kitchen was convenient and had a full sized fridge and freezer. Customer service was friendly and helpful.

the beds were super comfortable. breakfast had a wide range as well. room was quite large and having a full fridge and range was nice. location had lots of food options.

The hotel staff are all so nice and we received a complimentary adult beverage when we checked in! we were there for a concert at Fiddlers and it's literally a 5 minute walk! my only complaint is that our room had a little bit of a cigarette smell to it but everything aside from that was truly great and convenient!

United States of AmericaThere were several flies hanging out by our door the entire time. Every time we went in or out we had to be careful not to let any flies in. There was also a longish hair on the bathroom floor and a small hair on the toilet when we arrived.
This is a great location if you are going to fiddlers green amphitheater, it's easily walkable.

The building is located near I-25 and many amenities. The style of the room with the loft was great and gave us plenty of room to spread out. Staff were very friendly.

United States of AmericaThe 2.5 hours later check in, the make up and coffee stained unchanged bedding, the dirty towels, the uncleaned tub, the dirty coffee mug, all the dust, unfolded blankets thrown in the closet floor, dirty pillows. But they waived the $10 parking 🙄 Supposedly the managers were "cleaning" the rooms, but if management cleans like this, they need new management.
