You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Accessible to mall, restaurants and highways. It was ok. A little hidden behind restaurants with confusing multiple entrances but fairly ok.

We had no prior interactions except me smiling at her and saying hello to her when I walked into the lobby. It left me feeling some type of way and had me aware of my surroundings during my stay. Other than that the staff, rooms and location is great.

United States of AmericaIt would've been nice to have more towels available in the pool area toward late afternoon. Perhaps have coffee available throughout the day. The couch wasn't very comfortable. Breakfast items weren't completely stocked. It was getting toward the end of breakfast time, but if breakfast goes until 9:30, all options should still be available until the end of the breakfast period.
The 2-bedroom room was comfortable and large. Staff was friendly. Nice location.

BahamasLike I said I didn't really have an opportunity to experience the hotel, as I got back to the hotel late afternoon, and checked out very early the next morning.
We only stayed one night to get back to the Port so we were not able to use the amenities that the hotel may have offered, however the staff was super friendly nice and helpful, that alone will weight on my decision to visit the hotel again.

United States of AmericaPoor service, everything’s look really old , I really don’t like the AC unit inside the bedroom, I mean the air handler inside the bedroom that is just crazy, makes it hard to fall asleep and the place is over priced for sure, I don’t believe this place should be under Marriott.
