We had to change rooms after first night. The room/suite they assigned to us was under a stairwell and had a very small bathroom with dim lighting and a fan which sounded like a prop plane. We could not use the shower due to this. Ido not think we should be charged for the first night as well.

I was charged $60 additional for breakfast for the duration of the stay. The pictures on your website were not even close to what was offered at the hotel. This hotel offers what any other 3 star property offers for breakfast, waffles, cereal, fake scrambled eggs with a meat, some fruit such as bananas and apples, coffee, tea etc. Not even close to what I thought I was purchasing on your website. They do not offer an upgraded breakfast, only the standard free breakfast fare. I expect a refund for the $60.00 and you should correct your property info regarding this.

The pool was closed for our stay (in the middle of summer) and the elevator was broken. We had a lot of luggage and have an older dog, and were originally assigned a 2nd floor suit. After realizing the dilemma, the staff was at least kind enough to move us to a 1st floor room.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Though, the property thinks it’s an upgrade (2 bedroom instead of 1 when I traveled alone), I was in the location where construction was being done upstairs so I was not able to sleep in the afternoon when I arrived. One staff member in the breakfast area gave me the impression that she was there to attend to the food and dishes and not to requests from the guests. It made such a bad impression that it overshadowed all other staff who were very helpful and friendly. I’ll spare everyone the details. As they say, you won’t remember sometimes what somebody said or did to you but you’ll remember always how a person made you feel at that moment.

Property and rooms starting to show their age, though everything is in good working order.

Breakfast was really good. Perhaps the best breakfast waffle we've ever had. Staff courteous and helpful. Rooms were good size, kitchen clean and convenient, property clean. We liked the location in Henderson.

The pool had to close 2 days before I left for a "deep clean". Not sure if it was scheduled or a patron had broken glass or done something to the pool. If it was scheduled, it would've been nice to know about it with a little more notice. I'm not sure of the circumstances. I had plans to hang at the pool the day before I checked out and wasn't able to. I didn't have a car because I didn't know in advance and was a little frustrated for the wasted day but I got packed early. So it worked out.

Friendly and professional staff. Very clean rooms even the bathrooms. The staff seem to take pride in their work and their company which is really great to see in this day. Many amenities on site including continental breakfast, gym, pool, hot tub, and laundry. I had a great room that felt like an efficiency apartment. Air conditioning worked great too! I was on the 3rd floor and it was always cool even when temps were 112 degrees.

Well the room was great but the receptionist was kinda of rude I booked a room through booking.com even called the receptionist before hand I was supposed to pay $145.77tottal price after taxes when I called the receptionist before I paid I asked her how much including taxes she said all together $164..and some change .so when I go to pay for the room I go-to give her my booking number and pin she says oh I got your name a d I explained to her that she needed my booking number well anyways I did not get my discount deal very unhappy about that

I loved the 24 hour coffee. the reception desk Mayra was exceptional. We were in town for a wedding and she was helpful with directions and also giving us information about the strip closure. she went above and beyond for us and we felt welcomed.

(Not for Review) I don't know how this happened, but I booked the wrong Residence Inn. I was looking at the website for the one at 3225 Saint Rose Parkway - which advertises as brand new. However, my confirmation was for the one on Olympic and I didn't catch the difference before we arrived. This is why we were disappointed in the overall features and appearance of the hotel. Still can't figure out how this happened. Did not use shower or buffet.

(Not for Review) The Staff was really nice. We checked in early due to a busy day and our lugguage was secured for later arrival. When we arrived the front desk reception, Alex, was also very helpful. He explained that he had one room available that had recently had a pet they had cleaned after and asked if we would like to check it first for odor. We did and accepted the room.

Booking.com stated there was a room available after midnight so it back dated it 07/14-07/15 which I just need the room for about 7 hrs today 07/15 at 1am, front desk said no confirmation was sent in and no rooms were available, so now I lost the money on the reservation on a room I couldn't even get and booking.com won't help me dispute the issue since it's clearly incorrect info provided by them. Front desk lady was rude from the get go because I interrupted her from whatever was going on her phone. Smh

Building which we were staying in, had a very bad odor. Trash on floor next to elevator. Our bathtub was clogged.

Front desk female was very friendly. She accommodated our check in quickly. The lobby was very nice and clean.
