I did not like the door to the bathroom. I understand the deco... but the door to the bathroom is not really isolating. I do not appreciate the fact that they blocked the amount for our stay at check-in and takes so long to be released. So be warned. Mind the area.. It cost 24 USD to rent the umbrella at the beach... you get the chairs for free from the hotel... ha ha!

I liked the location, not in the first row of hotels on the beach, just over the street, but easy access to the beach. The deco in the room is nice, I appreciate the clean room, the kitchen that was spacious and had plates and glasses and all that... Breakfast was ok, not brilliant but acceptable. The view is really nice. Ask for a room with pool view.

Please try to offer turkey or chicken or beef breakfast options. I did not like the pork meat options. I don’t eat pork. The other non meat breakfast options were good.

Friendly staff and clean facilities very convenient for my family. Very safe and comfortable room. Peaceful and relaxing.

The location would have been better if directly on the beach.

Breakfast was great. Staff, very friendly and courteous. Margarita on 9th floor breakfast area was extremely helpful with my daughter’s lactose intolerance and provided information and help in alternatives.

I wish there was an actual door for the bathroom, and the balcony could have been cleaner. I wish the balcony wasn't facing the Macdonald on the north facing side (I think) So if you get a balcony, get the higher floors

The amenities were nice. Breakfast was a plus, along with the complimentary cocktails. Which both were good. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, the lobby was clean and smelled really nice. Pool area was nice as well

There was a cold front in Miami and it was hard to control the temperature in the room. Rather uncomfortable in the common areas.

Excellent location near the beach and good restaurants within walking distances!

Valet as the only option. Every time I needed something out of my car it took forever to be able to go downstairs and have valet escort me to my car.

The Air Condition Unit Broke in our room so we had to move the next morning to a room. Valet prices were high.

The Breakfast was good, and the Staff was attentive. The complimentary drinks were an extra bonus with the drink of the day.

Property was beautiful and clean and the city view from 12th floor was beautiful especially at night when the city lights up and the window was long it was 10/10

No kettle made it difficult for traveling with a baby. Upon check-in the concierge didn't activate our room keys at first.

The cost to park was high. The lobby chairs and rug was dirty.

The bed was absolutely comfortable. The view of the beach, the main street and the pool was great.

MY ROOM SMELLED LIKE DOG PEE WE TOLD THE FRONT DESK AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CLEAN IT BUT IT STILL SMELLED BAD EVERYTIME WE WALKED IN THE ROOM WISH THEY HAD A AIRPORT SHUTTLE.

THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD JUST WISHED THEY HAD BACON. THE VIEW WAS GREAT.
