You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Maybe check bathroom sink for plumbing issues, as it holds water when being used and a slow drain. But that happens, so it's ok. Everything else was a great experience.

The fireplace was not operational and when we called the front t desk they were not kind. I paid more for that type of room and it was not right. No refund or discount was offered. The room was chilly and no extra pillows. We asked for blankets and received one.

The room was dirty. Things folded in the pull out couch and under it. Couch felt like it hadn’t been cleaned ever.

Pool was out of service. Bathroom was moldy, Was very load here. Old dog food under the couch.

Like I said, the room could have been awesome. It was filthy there was stains all over. The carpet fell madded. There was crumbs and food left behind the pull out. Beds were filthy they had not been claimed. There was 30 underwear, a 1/2 bottle of Gatorade. Nothing was clean about both rooms that we rented. We went down to tell them they told us they had no other room. The price we paid the room should have been clean. But instead, they offer me 5000 points when my children had to sleep on the floor on a blanket. Because the couch bed was too dirty. The floor was dirty too, but at least we could put something down.. It's 25000 points for one free night i rented, 2 rooms. 5000 point, don't cone close. Those rooms were really filthy. If we weren't tired from traveling and didn't have the stress in my granddaughter. Passing away, we would not have stayed there.

The room wasn’t clean at all! Shower curtain was dirty and the bed and pillows were awful. Also, our floor was very noisy. The breakfast was ok, but someone decided to bring their dog into the eating and food area. Unfortunately the staff members didn’t say anything.

facility had rotting window frames and the cleaning was horrible - left over M&M … on the carpet. pool was under maintenance and wasn’t available and internet wasn’t working due to “certificate” issue

The booking said king size bed and sleeper sofa. The room we got was a queen size bed and the sleeper sofa wasn’t comfortable and had no pillows and a thin blanket.

We didn’t get to stay. There wasn’t a room ready for us. We did arrive a bit early. We got there at 3:20 and other people were checking in at that time. We were told there wasn’t a room ready for us but to have a seat in the lobby and it would be ready shortly. At 4:15 we were told it would be an additional 30 minutes. Meanwhile people were checking in and given rooms. Quite upset we left and drove home
