The floors in the room were uneven (divot like spots) throughout the whole room. There was left over coffee grounds left in the coffee pot.

Ridiculous that you have to pay a fee to park that is not mentioned when booking or checking in. And they only accept major brand cards for payment should be made known before booking.

Breakfast could have more options with the hot bar.

The room service took off all the used towels, even the one that didn't need a change but they didn't replace them all, just a couple. when I went to ask for more they didn't have any more.

Water was standing in front of the door to our room! But it dried up in a couple of days. Room needs to be updated with new flooring. Also someone was playing basketball til after midnight the last night we were there and we could hear the ball bouncing since we were near the basketball court. That should not be allowed that late at night!

Breakfast was very good and very conveniently located. The hotel is near family we were visiting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And the king sized bed was very comfortable!

The room access. We were locked out of our room for close to in hour. In the Florida heat, it felt longer. They did make good by getting us another room and reducing our expenses.

The place was dirty - floor, sink dirty. It was old. Bathroom faucet leaking. The carpet was dirty. Only 2 towels provided for a group of 4. The mirrored closet door was off it's track - it wouldn't close. It was a disgrace to the Marriott name. I was terribly disappointed. I will not book again or recommend to anyone.

Property needs a complete renovation. Ceiling light cover in kitchen was missing. Cracked grout in bathroom. Chips on wood services. Worst thing of all was glass sliding door. Seal between pains was leaking so there was no view and it was disgusting. Not up to Marriott standards.

This property is in dire need of a complete renovation. This Marriott property is not up to the standard of the Marriott brand. See the photos of our room. Some highlights. The sliding glass door was disgusting; the inner seal was leaking and the entire door needs to be replaced. Grout in the bathroom was cracking. Wood is chipped at the bathroom sink. There is no cover on one of the ceiling lights in the kitchen area. The refrigerator door and area above were dirty. Outside the door to the room, there has been some repairs, but not painted over the repairs. Very disappointed in the room overall.

Overall condition of the room was in need of renovation. Didn't feel very clean, carpet looked old, chip in the bath tub.

The property is just tired. The staff was great. Food was so so at best.

Strong smell of cleaning products on the hotel front desk, a strong smell. Weak breakfast And the carpets in the rooms were wet. It's valid for one or two nights, but more than that is not valid in these conditions. I had friends in a worse situation in another room.

I traveled with my son for a tournament. He loved having the loft upstairs as he had his own space. It was also great to have a full kitchen where we were able to cook dinner as opposed to having to get fast food. We also loved the basketball court!!

There were small cockroaches in the bathroom area. They need to fumigate. The street light was blinking and it caused a strobe effect inside the room inspite of the curtain. The entry door needed sweeping.

The room was worn, not that clean (stains on the furniture, dusty). The floor in the kitchen was dangerously unleveled and very soft and spongy. There were water stains and cracks in the ceiling.

Breakfast was free and good. The front desk service was efficient and pleasant. The main building with the front desk was clean.
