No readily available ice cube machine. You need to ask the staff for help. We needed it during the day but I'm sure at night it would have been more difficult to find someone. Having such machine either around the pool or even better one per build would have been great.

Great staff! I interacted with a few staff members during my check-in and check-out and the staff around the breakfast area and cleaning the room. All of them have been super helpful, smiling, friendly, and seemed truly happy to help me.

Breakfast was adequate but no better than that.Pool was advertised as"heated" but I didn't think so. Unfortunate there was no hot tub.

The room does require some updating but overall is quite comfortable. A safe in the room would have been welcomed though. More drinking glasses and coffee mugs would have been great as we only had two of each.

The hotel is located close to Hwy 10 in Palm Desert. The room we had was clean and comfortable with a large balcony overlooking the pool and facing south, so we had sun on the balcony during the day. The room came equipped with a full size fridge, dishwasher and stove top. Dishes, cutlery and toaster as well. Hotel provided a hot breakfast each morning and had coffee available during the day in the lobby. Bed was very comfortable, and there was a light duvet on top. Hotel does not provide daily housekeeping unless you specifically request it but does change out the towels and garbage every second day. A full clean is every 5 days. There is no restaurant in the hotel but Applebee's Restaurant is located in the parking lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Free parking and wifi. A full size hair dryer is provided instead of a compact one.

Relaxing environment, good staff, great location from hwy and area events. Breakfast offered was good with changing choices. Comfortable.

I checked in at 3pm to the Residence Inn, December 19th, 2023and left at 6pm for dinner and a movie. Came back to Inn by 10:30pm. It was pitch black everywhere. I used my phone to light up the parking area and the walkway to my room. It was pretty bad. No one came to ask if I was okay, nor say sorry for conditions, nor offered a candle to at least have a light in my room, nor any type of assistance being I am permanently disabled and use a cane. I sat in the dark. Showered using phone light and lights did not return until after 5am. I took a short 3 day vacation and no TV no nothing the first night. When I left on the 22nd of December, no one offered an explanation nor an apology for the circumstances. A whole night, sitting in the dark doing nothing. It was scary! I understand the Inn was not at fault, but a "simple sorry this unfortunate accident took place during your stay with us."Well, an apology goes a long way with me. Unfortunately, customer service training on making your clients feel safe should be a priority.

I was at the Residence Inn Dec. 19th - 22nd. 2023. Good size room. Mattress Very comfy, clean, kitchenette was perfect for 2, and very comfortable. A great value!

Your breakfast hours would be better if they were a bit later.. Too early, it seems for employees and working people. But, if your out of town I wouldnt want to wake up that early from a nice warm cozy bed..

I Really enjoyed my room, Very clean, comfortable, and Quiet. Privacy was good. Breakfast was well served except too early if hours were a bit later that would be great.. I look forward in staying again... :-)

Nothing I didn’t like, it was just ok. Breakfast was just ok, never had bacon, never seen hash browns, some kind of potato. No sausage. Have stayed at another hotel close to yours and their breakfast was a lot better. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived after check in time. Had to call them twice for toilet paper and towels and extra pillows, I guess they forgot. Sorry
