You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not so nice to take shower. Bathtub divider is not enough to cover. Normal shower can wet the outside of the bathtub completely.

I know the hotel policy about valuables. I forgot my glasses and some jewelry in the bedroom. As I reported promptly through Booking.com plus via phone call, and also knowing the good reputation the hotel has, I EXPECTED TO RECOVER MY BELONGINGS. But I was very unsatisfied with the fact the hotel officer told me my belongings were not found. How come the hotel cannot keep at least for a day, customer belongings? They were not used/old clothing. They were valuables many people may forget when leaving the hotel in a hurry. Very bad. Regardless the hotel room is nice and the location is excellent, I would never go back to this hotel and never recommend to anybody. A customer should trust the hotel.

Our phone wasn’t working for me to call down for extra sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed so I went downstairs to the front desk which wasn’t a problem. I told the man at the front desk about the phone and then what I needed, he didn’t react to the phone not working and wrote down what I needed. We never received the sheets/blanket and I ended up just sleeping in the bed with my friend.
Location, valet employees, room, and most staff were excellent. Perfect from the convention center in which we needed to go everyday. Valet was perfect, they were respectful, helpful, and are very well informed. Room was amazing and up to standards. We were greeted, front desk ladies were friendly and informative. They made me aware of events that could affect my check out which helped us know when to head out check out day.

Improvements: 1) rooms need updating. 2)I traveled with a friend who's vegan and she couldn't eat much for breakfast. Please include more vegan options.
The staff is friendly. You can buy snacks and alcohol on the first floor. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.

Just a small problem of the hotel, the USB port is not function.
The hotel locate at the center of Philadelphia, easy to travel around with train and bus. Just 5 minutes walk to the Septa train station and the bus station just 2 minutes walk. Dun worry of foods, u can go to reading terminal market to get your food, it is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I had 5 nights stay in the hotel, room is clean, comfortable bed and pillows. They clean the room every others day. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

the night time valet did not give me the ticket and they had to call us and wake us up to come to our room to give us the ticket to get the car. And there was no bedside table on both sides of the bed so I wasn't able to read or put my phone or book or glasses down to sleep as there was no place to put them. not good
