Neither elliptical or bike could be turned on in the fitness center. That's the only thing that I didn't like, but I really needed a work out and I couldn't get it.

The bed (mattress and pillows) and especially the pull out couch was not very comfortable for a hotel. My own bed is much more comfortable. The sheets for the pull out couch were missing, and in another room the TV remote was missing. Breakfast was pretty blasé. We stayed two nights; I think that was limit for how often I could eat it. The bathroom was really dark.

The location is directly across the street from PNC Park and within walking distance of everything by the river, including trails and bridges. The size of the room was nice, with a full size fridge and cabinets. We didn’t have any problems with noise.

Sofa bed was not equipped with bedding, but it was provided on request. Not the most comfortable bed, but it was a good option for us.

There is an excellent breakfast with many options. It was nice to have a separate room for one of us to sleep and the pull out sofa bed for the other.

When I booked online it said the totally was $158.46. But when I went to check in they charged me $185.46. I am not one to complain so I didn’t say anything but I am very disappointed.

The pool was comical, the pictures were an illusion they definitely caught an angle that made it seem like it were a reasonable size but in actuality it was super small.and certainly crowded.

27.50 for one night of parking wasn't right. Had I known I wouldn't have booked the place. Outside of that everything was great.

They had a really hard time pulling up my reservation. The proper spelling of my name did not come up in their system. It came up as Regan Ra.

The staff at the breakfast buffet not very friendly had a staff member , man, watching wvery little thing we got off the breakfast buffet like he was a security guard, was very uncomfortable didn’t eat much. The beds are not comfortable at all! Throw them itself was not very clean floor sticky.

The room size was perfect, plus it was comfortable and clean. The hotel breakfast was excellent. We typically skip the hotel 'included' breakfasts but decided to try it. We were happy with the options, and the food was good.

Walking distance to sporting venues (except PPG Arena in the winter), restaurants, etc. Staff was nice, especially Michael on 2/18 who answered all my questions and was very personable and easy going. Great job!

The check in was disorganized. The one check in staff did not seem to be organized or knowledgeable. We got there at 3:58 to check in and room was not ready. Was told to go park and then had to come back in and wait in a line full of ppl in the lobby to be checked in. So basically had to do the check in process twice. Later we asked about transportation and shuttle. The one staff member did not seem to know, but another staff intervened to help.

The pool being down was a disappointment and wasn’t told by staff or anything. Was wanting to take a swim and it was drained. We did have toilet issues. Breakfast was okay sausage was cold and eggs were cold.

I loved the location, love the suite, everything was comfortable. Staff very welcoming.
