Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The wires were showing in key panel and the breakfast was HORRIBLE! It tasted as if it was either old or over cooked and the selection to choose from was extremely limited I have never seen a hotel with breakfast included with only 3-4 items and didn’t even have juice. Some breakfast was better than any I guess. Also checkout says 12 in the room I called to see if I could extend to 1 and they advised I had already been extended an hour. Hotel policies need to be updated it says 11 online and 12 in big letters on the back of the door if it was accurate there would be no confusion.

No soap, poor breakfast, only two towels and no service of rooms in four nights. No hangers in the room. We had to ask for more toilet paper and towels. We asked for a bathmat. They didn’t replenish coffee…we had to ask at the desk.

There was no room service for the three days I was there . The faucet leaked and only two towels were provided- I had to request two more after two days. Coffee was not replenished in the room. The facility is in need of an update. No soap nor conditioner in the dispenser. Breakfast was meager and was not ready at 7 am when I needed to leave so I skipped it.
The Checking in and out was fine and the room was quiet and space was adequate.

I did not like the foul odor of maybe a dog or cat had stayed in the room. The shower/ tub wasn't clean and the shower curtain had very visible stains. The refrigerator was not that clean either.
I really enjoyed the bed it was very comfortable.

Pool was not working . And was told that it was getting fixed on Saturday around noon, but it never happen. But storm took place . Which cause flooding to the property.

The receptionist at the desk wasn’t as friendly as some other places I stayed. I asked for help operating my tv because I had never experienced this set before. I was referred to wifi set up. They were unable to help. Finally I figured out what to do on my own.
The unit was clean and comfortable! I was able to store my food and warm it up. The fact that I could just relax meant so much to me.

I have no complaints about this property.

The air conditioner was so loud we didn't sleep the 3 days we were there. We were told housekeeping was coming the 2nd day because our comforters had very gross things on them. I was also double charged when I had already pd for our stay.
The cook staff was amazing. She was a pleasure! John the manager was very kind.

There was no Shampoo or Body wash in the shower. There was no foot towel to put outside the shower. The counter in the kitchen was filthy (sticky) from the previous person. The beds were clean, the pillow cases were clean. The carpet were not vacuumed. This property has seen better days but needs to be maintained. When I attempted to tell the cleaning crew none of them spoke English and I gave up.

The place was very dirty. I was shocked and sadly couldn't stay. It was dark and gloomy as well. Sadly, I did not enjoy staying at this particular hotel - I have stayed at plenty of Residence Inn and never a problem but this one was sadly not good at all.
