Cottages could be renovated. Water pipes are loud and HVAC sits next to bed and was quite loud also. Rooms are not checked daily so should be appropriately stocked but are not 3 towels for 2 people for 2 nights not sufficient and same for coffee 3 one cup packs.

Location was fantastic for us. Easy walking to trolley and a great Cuban restaurant Rancho Alegre.

The location was good. We used the street parking and didn’t need to move our car for the two days we were there. Even though a work crew was doing some painting and finishing work we weren’t inconvenienced at all.

We didn't notice that there were bugs in one of the cabinets until near the end of our stay, so we did not use the dishes. The room was warm the first day until we turned the temperature down to the lowest setting.

The breakfast was good. It had dairy-free options for me. The room was large and comfortable. We just had to keep the air conditioning down really low so it would circulate enough for the entire room. It was a great location for us, and we were able to walk to historic Savannah and to the start of our tour bus. Everything we needed was within a ten minute walk. The staff was always courteous and really great about answering questions. The pool was great after a long day of touring around.

If you want to have a relaxed and sufficient breakfast, you should get up early. Various things were not refilled and there was not enough space for the guests. Ultimately, however, a little outside the city center.

Dog walking around freely while we were trying to eat breakfast. Don’t think pets should be allowed in dining section—not sanitary! Toilets flushed, but with effort.

Cleaning stuff was terrible. My baby was sleeping so I told her to come 30 mins later. She didn't like that. She eventually came 30 mins later, but she threw away my baby's electric nail filer in retaliation. Although, monetarily it is not that expensive, but it was something precious to me. I really wanted to keep that forever as my newborn's belongings.

Complementary breakfast is a plus point in Savannah. Also, my room had a induction stove which helped me to prepare my baby's food.

The absolutely smallest complaint that I could have with this location is that the pool looked like it hadn’t been skimmed for leaves and bugs in at least a day or so; a manageable amount to where I didn’t find it gross or unsanitary, but just something I noticed.

The Downtown Historic district is so beautiful and full of culture and the hotel amplified that feeling. I like how close the hotel is the cities entrance as well. The actual property itself was also great. The design of the pool, courtyard and lounge areas were amazing, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The room needs updating as items are at the end of useful life (fabric is torn, damaged chair, worn spots in carpet, ice maker in fridge malfunctioning). Sofa bed needs a better mattress

The pool area is great. The location is convenient to the historic area and to SCAD. Room with sofa bed was large enough for our party of three. Staff was responsive when asked for assistance

The only thing we didn’t like is that there was a spot of carpet in our room just outside the bathroom that was damp for some reason, and the room smelled funny the first day we checked in. We were hardly there and only planned to stay two nights so this was not something that we reported or gave them an opportunity to correct.

The staff was awesome and the location was great! It is about a mile from River Street and even less to most things in downtown. The facilities and pool were very clean and we enjoyed our stay alot!

understaffed - 2 broken tables in the lounge- gym bathroom stall door broken and no TP or seat covers no bar or restaurant inside- coffee ran out during breakfast-ran out of food one morning bathroom was in our room so my adult daughter had to go through our room to use the bathroom at night sleeper mattress was very uncomfortable. my daughter had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep
