Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Too much chlorine in pool, eyes watered and kids kept coughing. $18/day for parking. Not fully stocked snacks store. Can use another waffle maker!

They need new windows to keep the interstate noise out.
They were wonderful at check in, and beyond. the place is very nice, sleeping was hard the nose from the intestate was the only thing I could complain about.

Some doors were out of service so we had to walk all the way around when we arrive at night
The breakfast was very good lots of options. Very close to union station and the wheel. Room was clean very spacious. Used the pool it was very nice a little cold but nothing you can get used to

The property all around was great! The free breakfast had so many different options to choose from. All the staff were so kind and helpful! Location was great no far drive to anything we visited! My kiddos loved the pool! They have a bar on the first floor, and offer laundry services!

That booking.com let me book a room with a king bed when there was not one available. It made sleeping arrangements a bit harder with young children

We checked in early. Our room you could tell wasnt cleaned before we got in it. At least living room area. Food and debris in the chair in living room. No trash can in bedroom or bathroom area. Not a huge issue but just something we noticed. Window was popped out. Had to pop that back into place. You could hear the wind whistling loud through it.
Able to check us in early when out flight landed. Very courteous staff. Everyone was great. Store had essential needs.

The only complaint I have is the pool was over chlorinated. After about 30 minutes in it everyone was coughing, breaking out in a rash and having trouble breathing. Needs a good clean and drain.
Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was perfect for our family with kids. We enjoyed our stay here!

The only issue was the whole stay we did not have a living room TV it came on but no matter how many remotes the guy gave us nothing worked so we all where cramped in the bedroom watching tv
How breakfast was served in the am clean fresh rooms location perfect one employee stood out Jesse he worked that Wednesday morning he was very helpful and the overnight guy that assisted me with the dor when my key wouldn't work and the toilet bc it was clogged when. We got there.

The pool & hot tub were disgusting and should have been closed. You could not see the bottom of the pool even in the 3’ end. The hot tub was yellow with visible mold growing on the sides.

There was a mix up and things may not have been communicated correctly, not sure and that wasn't the problem per se. The problem was when we returned to our room Wednesday March 13th, 2024, all of our possessions were gone. Our suitcases, bedding, toiletries, and food we had in the fridge. When I went down to the front desk, they had all of our things but all our loose items (not in the suitcases) were in one big black garbage bag. We had food that leaked or spilled on our belongings and shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles had leaked and got on the food and other belongings. Our things were not handled with care and I lost about 20 or $30 dollars worth of food I had to throw out, not to mention having to clean our bedding and loose items off from food and toiletries getting on them and bring everything back to our room. We had been out since early morning and all day walking and were tired and just wanted to come back to our hotel and relax and we couldn't. Apparently, they thought we checked out and left all our belongings there and I get there was some misunderstanding but the way housekeeping handled our belongings (especially for a higher end hotel) was not okay and we were pretty upset. I feel there was definitely a better way of handling that. That was our only complaint about our stay at your awesome establishment.
Well, we got there very early in the morning and our room had been given to someone else (I tried to call twice and I emailed that we were going to be really late) but the gentleman at the front desk apologized and got us another room ASAP and it was a great room, plenty of room for me and my family to be totally comfortable and had a nice view of the city! The people during the day at the front and other staff was approachable and very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and the pool area was clean and my kids had a blast. We enjoyed most of our and mostly had a great experience.

There was only one elevator during my stay February 16-19.
The staff, particularly the two women serving breakfast on February 17, and 18, were very helpful and really kind. They kinda exemplified the Marriott Sprit.

I noticed that there was a discoloration on the ceiling near the Living area window. From the looks of it, it could be mold. If so don't appreciate being exposed to that sort of thing. You'll may what to get that checked out.
Love the complimentary Breakfast. Healthy chooses if thats what your looking for.
