I booked 2 rooms, pre-paid, through Booking.com and my room was not acknowledged by Marriott with a reservation number. It got resolved at the front desk and I got a room but that should not have been a problem.

The location was very convenient for getting around Tucson and down to Sahuarita. The kitchenette as useful and I liked the breakfast options. The room was comfortable.

The one and only thing that I could say that I didn't like is that the oatmeal was too watery, but there were many toppings to put on it.

Everything! The breakfast was fantastic. The room was everything that I expected and more, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable, not too hard or soft.

Upon arrival the worker couldn't immediately find my reservation under my name or reservation number. I had to insist that he keep looking, especially since I prepaid for three nights.

I liked the staff, size of the rooms, the amenities, the pool, & it is very close to the airport. Breakfast was tasty! No hidden fees. Emailed my final receipt before checkout time!

Made reservation over the phone two days prior to arrival. Upon arrival room assigned was not the type I thought I had I had ask for. Told the type of room I requested was not available. Not told that when I made the reservation. Had the choice of taking the room assigned or find other accommodations. Having driven 9hrs for Ft. Stockton Texas I was in no mood to shop for other accommodations soon I took the room.

The day time girls (2 dark haired girls) that worked the front desk....one more interested in conversing with another employee than checking us in on day one. The second gal on the next morning when I went to ask a few questions was on her phone, looked up at me and yawned right in my face. I could not believe it ! The night gal was great shorter lighter wavy hair.... really everyone else was amazing ! The housekeeping staff was excellent! The most important first impression people ( daytime) without a better word sucked.

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff that set up the food was absolutely amazing and very friendly !!

The baseboards and corners need cleaning. The body lotion was used, not a new bottle. The breakfast was prepackaged and not good. Waffles we're hard, I would have preferred to make my own.

That the staff let us check in early. The water pressure was great with full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower; all necessary kitchen essential were there. It was clean and a nice size.

The check-in staff were talking with each other when I walked up. Neither one greeted me and the young man who assisted me was waiting for his co-worker to finish talking. Maybe she was his supervisor. He was efficient in the check-in process, but did not offer much information....such as where I should park, if breakfast was served and what time. I had to ask about those items. When I got to my room, there were used towels on the bathroom floor. I took a photo and went back to the front desk. They gave me another room, but I had to wait about 5-10 minutes.

The location is good in that it is only about 2.5 miles from I-10. The property is very pleasant, especially the pool area - lots of palm trees and pretty shrubs. The breakfast was good and a person could eat inside or on the patio, a nice feature.

Check in staff. Not very friendly. People come in from a rough long drive to deal with someone who seems to hate people. Not a good experience. Where are the smiling faces anymore? At least fake it! Reminder...you are working in hospitality.

Power went out a couple of times, that i know of. Bathrooms weren't stocked with toilet paper. Sheets where dusty not dirty stained but dust of some sort. People were in pool during duration of supposed down time.
