When a drone intrusively hovered over our balcony, we felt the front desks response to my concerns was inadequate. They made excuses for the drone operator and brushed it aside.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and made our fur baby feel welcome.

I didn't like that the hot tub was not working most of my stay, but was fixed the last day, cleaning people came in and didn't fully clean the room and the towels weren't washed correctly. The parking lot was extremely small but there was valet parking to accommodate it. Although, there were some issues during the stay, the supervisor and manger fixed the concerns and issues

I liked that the hotel was right next to the ocean, there was an indoor pool, a lot of places to go to within walking distance and the free breakfast .

They didn't have as many pots/pans as I thought they would in the room. But all I had to do was ask and they brought up another pot.

The balcony was nice I like to sit out and watch the ocean. The kitchen was a good size. They had a lot to choose from for their continental breakfast.

The fact that I had to let the motel park my car 4 blocks down the street and a valet take there and retrieve it when I wanted it. Need a parking deck on site.

The room could have been a little cleaner as well as the pool. The pool had sand in it.

Breakfast is great. I do wish they would have coffee out a little longer.

Nothing I really didn’t like about the property except the small parking lot in front of the hotel but it’s a downtown area and they offer free valet to accommodate that issue

The view was gorgeous the room was beautiful the staff was very friendly my only issue was the valet didn’t show up the day of my check out I called to have my car brought over from the garage almost an hour ahead of time and when time came to leave no car, I ended up having to go retrieve my car myself and they couldn’t find my key at first.. the guy wrote the wrong room number on my tag.. the lady who worked there was nice enough to drive us to let us out of the garage because there is a parking fee to get out.. aside from that excellent experience would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was fine overall. But I did find that the parking regulations were too stressful. The parking sucked. I had company and he couldn’t park at the hotel parking garage. That was embarrassing. There should be at least two car spaces upon request. I paid like over $500! It was ridiculous!

The pet friendly policy, carpet dirty in the room, the hall floor that we were on was not vacuumed, shampooed, or moped in the the areas that could be moped, and we stayed for a week .. the floor was never vacuumed .. balcony is small ... if a hotel is going to be pet friendly, more cleaning should be in place!! all carpet should be shampooed frequently .. this was our 2nd stay ... the first stay was a little better, even tho there was a dead fly on one of the lamps ...

But only having 1 working elevator was frustrating---can't imagine how long the wait would be in the summer months. Also that short toilet was a little crazy---felt like it was kidi-sized. Lastly, always had to wait on our car for the valet parking, but the guys did the best they could. I would suggest maybe have more than one valet at check-out time and dinner time.

The room was great! The location and the view were fantastic! The staff was very nice also! Overall really enjoyed our stay!

Only one elevator working. Kept finding incidentals charges on my card. Pricey room rate. Next door at Hampton cheaper by $75 night. Booking App should have recognized that and matched price

Ac vent blew hot air on the tiny balcony. Balcony was basically unusable as a result. My partner got stuck on the elevator too. Also, it would have been really nice to have a broom and dustpan provided in the room. Housekeeping comes every other day. Being at the beach and with pets, it would have been nice to be able to sweep up the sand and dog hair every day. Just a minor thing I thought would have made the stay much more comfortable for my family.

The elevator was not working, this was very inconvenient. Hallways were very hot, no AC. Patio on ground floor ocean side could use an upgrade.

The only problem was my king size bed mattress was uncomfortable, I tough first that it was just me so the 2nd day my son slept there and said that the mattress was bad so the 3rd night the personal added a fitting sheet to it and helped a bit.

Everything, personal is really helpful and kind, all the place and rooms are clean and good smell, this is a small Hotel but it has a bit of everything, jacuzzi is great, the breakfast was decent and location perfect. Laundry room, detergent, fabric softener sheets are free also razor blades are free. Rolling beds are available too. My family and I really enjoyed this place.

The garbage can on my floor in front of the elevator was not emptied for over 24 hours and it made the hallway and elevator waiting area smell disgusting. The breakfast was good but one of the days there was no syrup for my waffle.

Dim lighting in the kitchen; the sheets and blanket for the sofa bed had a mildew odor; air conditioning unit seemed loud; air conditioning vent cover on balcony fell off/down.
