United States of AmericaHotel a little out of date. Kitchen table had broken leg. Cabinet door under sink was broken. Main Door to unit (212) looked like it had an attempted break in with a pry tool of some sort at some point in time. It was a little disheartening walking up to the door the first time and seeing that.
Location was great. The staff was incredibly nice and competent. Breakfast was good. The amenities inside the room were great. Everything you really need to stay.

United States of AmericaFor a non-smoking facility I was extremely disappointed. Numerous rooms I passed as well as ones near me were obviously smoking. Mostly weed. I have no problem with that other than it was inside the premises and could be smelled even inside my room. Overwhelming at times. Also, in the evenings, I noticed a lot of sketchy activity outside in the rear parking. It was obvious that there were some drug/weed deals going on. I have never had any complaints on my previous stays and I hope that these matters will be addressed so I may enjoy future stays. Newly added parking fees were unexpected and disappointing. I feel that is an unnecessary expense to guests. I did report to the front desk and she took my complaints graciously and sincerely.
My first time actually being able to take advantage of the breakfast due to covid closing etc. It was excellent! Very impressed with quality and options!!!
