Rented this one so the grandkids could enjoy the outdoor pool area. We were unable to use it as it was filled with bugs.

The bed was manageable but not very comfortable. Room definitely in need of updates. Had jacuzzi in bedroom. Which I think should be removed. We didn't use it cause well that to us is gross knowing it probably wasn't properly cleaned.

The view on the lake and sunsets were beautiful and clean facilites.

The amount of stairs that I was not made aware of when booking the condo . Also the distance between the pool and condo. The fact that our second vehicle had to be parked outside down the street all of this should be disclosed prior to booking. My mother can barely walk due to illness let alone up the amount of stairs. I brought her to enjoy a visit not worry how we are getting her up and down. Especially at night when the porch lights are out

The condo was very spacious for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything.

Rented 2 units and the air was on in one of them but not the 2nd ( 115 heat index )

Read in a review that the air conditioner was kinda gross and still not addressed but this was a privately owned unit, so unsure if it was just ours or not. Other than that it was very clean & cute place for a base camp for us!

Great Family place, lots to do w/out having to leave, especially with younger kids. Great little beach, very clean & not weedy, even in August! Close to everything in the Dells. FABULOUS staff people!! Easy-going but fast to address any issues that come up. Our key reader didn't work & someone came immediately to fix it. They even had a nice life jacket for our little one as we forgot it.

There were 3 grills at facility which were near our condo but they were broken and in bad shape. We were able to get one of them put together to be able to use. There were other grills available but much further from our condo at that point not worth cooking out. We went to the office to get towels and they didn't have any per staff she did give us laundry detergent so we could wash the ones we had.

Very clean and quiet resort. The kids enjoyed the pool area and the beach. Great location not to far from attractions. The condo was a nice size for our family.

It got hot at night. The AC wasn’t the most helpful at keeping it cool but it wasn’t the worst thing ever. The TVs are small, not what we are used to but again didnt ruin our trip. We adjusted and got used to it.

The scenery was great and we enjoyed how close it was to everything we did!

There are things that just need a little updating. The towels were rough in feel and appearance - if they are going to be white, make sure they are white. They were dingy and old.

You can’t best the view of the lake. It was absolutely beautiful!

Having to get maintenance the first day to change out six light bulbs replace a garbage disposal that was leaking on my leg when I ran it after breakfast . They replaced a vent in the loft bathroom that wasn't working as well the first day. Wish some of these things were done before I moved in for the weekend, but is a renter unit for an owner so all people need to know that before going in. They're not going to change your bedding they're not going to come in and clean your room. You can always bring your towels up to the desk and get new ones if you need to, but bring what you need a couple tabs for the dishwasher and some soap to wash dishes. There was a new bar of soap in both the bathrooms so you got that going for you. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner and whatever you want to use because they don't provide it like many other resorts do. Had a beachfront Lakeview condo and the beachhead ducks the whole time algae comes in the alcove and the beach is pretty much unusable. But other than that staff was very accommodating got all these things taken care of for me, but I wanted to let him know early on so they wouldn't charge me on the back end when they put my credit card on deposit. Also if you plan on sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room bring your own bedding. Condo said it was set to sleep 8 comfortably, three beds and a couch that falls out, but no bedding for the couch that folds out. Went to the front desk and they said it's just what the owners leave behind for you to use. So bring your own pillows and bedding if you plan on using the sofa 😀. But again the people are nice had things taken care of but not exactly what you expect for spending $1,000 for a weekend in the dells. They were bigger rooms than at the water park at the Kalahari or wilderness, but consider it like camping at a nice condo because it was, but don't expect anything to be cleaned or laundered or expect any housekeeping when you're...

I didn't like that the office/ onsite property building hours. They were open at 9am and was closed after 7p. It was only inconvenient if you needed something from the shop.

Very peaceful! The location is convenient to downtown and it is secluded away from traffic. The deck overlooks the beach and sunset at night, the indoor and outdoor pool area are set up phenomenal for family.

Living room was too dim and multiple lightbulbs were out. There was no extra blanket for whoever slept in the pullout couch... only extra sheets and pillows were in the closet. No wine opener in kitchen.

Place was very nice sized. Great indoor and outdoor pool. Great location to everything in the dells. Friendly staff. Clean room and facilities. Great sandy beach with lounge chairs. Overall quiet and peacefull.
