Odor in first room was offensive

We were given a room that had a very unpleasant odor when we arrived so we went down to the lobby and spoke with the ladies at the desk, They were very apologetic and offered us a different room immediately and called for a supervisor to check out the other room. We had already put our luggage in that room so we had to go back for it. We met the supervisor at the room and he confirmed that it was not acceptable and was getting it handled immediately. The second room was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and would return for a longer visit in the future for sure.

The parking is good and we received a voucher with the room. However, it was a bit confusing when we left after checking out because we weren’t given a ticket or code.

No Microwave was in the room. If the hotel doesn't want microwaves in the room at least have (2) microwaves in the vending area on each floor. Unaware that the hotel recently had a fire with damage on the outside entrance (entire entranceway) to the hotel from the boardwalk. After questioning the staff, there was no plans in place to repair damage anytime soon. If I would have known this, I wouldn't have chosen this hotel for my stay. This was a bad look TV needs to be updated to larger screen, very hard to see since it is small

We waited a long time for our room to be ready! We did not get into our room until after our check in time of 4 pm. They offered no comps until we mentioned our frustration. We had a 5pm reservation for dinner. We were then given a 12 noon check out only after complaining.

The location is great! It is right next to the hard rock. There are a lot of great restaurants in this hotel.

Tiny and poorly laid out bathroom. Like so small-would rather the giant closet was the bathroom. Casino itself is run down and we all know the AC boardwalk is sketchy. Cheaper than neighboring hotels but you know why. Check in took awhile.

The room was well appointed. Huge walk in closet (not that you would need that on vacation). Easy access to the casino and right next door to the Hard Rock. Parking was cheap.

The view absolutely sucked. thought we booked an ocean front room, but we had the view of a roof. Also, hallway had water issues and dryers running constantly in the hallway. Spell was terrible

The smell of smoke was prevelant throughout the hotel. Smoking was limited to the casino area but there seemingly is not a great air purifier system because we could smell smoke all the way up to our room. As a non-smoker it was unpleasant.

Great price, right on the boardwalk near the ferris wheel, very friendly staff.

Four ladies there to gamble for seven days and hardly won a cent.....but that's our bad luck right?
