Not being able to have good food. Had to come out of the facility for good dining. Need better eateries. Would stay longer if dining was available.

I like the choice of being able to go to the gym and casino anytime, availability to the pool.

We stayed there 2 nights and no one came with clean towels or changed the bedding. We turned on our service light outside our door which we had on the morning after our first night, for the entire day. When I mentioned it to the front desk that night that we hadn’t had our room serviced at all she said we had to call and “request” it. The hotel itself is nice and location was convenient, however the service did not meet our expectations.

The rooms are clean but the bathroom could use a good, detailed scrub. They needed to open more tables on Saturday night.

The steakhouse is very good. The rooms are large. The gym and pool were empty evennin the weekends.

Not enough things to do. I was hoping for live entertainment in the casino. Shops were nonexistent and there was a lack of food choices.,

The hotel had a smell to it. I don't know what it was but it smelled like burnt coffee and poutruli. I didn't like it at all.

For the amount of money per night, you would expect an above average hotel room. The room is nice, though I stayed at other hotels with comparable rooms at half the price. The pillows on the bed where very uncomfortable.

The game floor is nice. The view from our room was fantastic.

Not enough eating choices. The ones there had a very limited menu. Need more newer slots. Tv in bedroom on wall does not move very difficult to watch tv from bed .

The size of the king suite. We stayed from a Tuesday checking out Friday. Quite and relaxing. We were on the 16th floor looking at the Catskill Mountains.

It was a little confusing about how to play a round at the Concord! Awesome course but didn’t realize you had to go to the Adler to pay for the round! Sports betting lounge was nice but they should have coffee at the bar area. Also maybe get a little better quality wine selection besides Berlinger!

Dario, who greeted us upon arrival was very friendly and knowledgeable! The front desk staff was helpful as well and was much appreciated! Our steak house experience was excellent and the meal was delicious! But there should be more restaurant options to choose from! Didn’t get to use the pool this time but facilities are great!

No Valet service, so we had to park and lug all of the luggage. However when leaving we left our luggage with valet while having breakfast. We pulled the car up and the bell hop brought our luggage to the car, very appreciative

Clean beautifully decorated, room was immaculate and beautiful features. The view was stunning , the bathroom was modern and the rainfall shower & the Molton brown amenities were very nice.

The shower is an accident waiting to happen. It is modern and clean. One problem. If you are standing under the shower and wish to change the water temperature or shut it off you have to walk to the other end of the stall ,on a wet slippery tiled floor, to do so, If your sitting on the built in seat, it is right there. But you are not under the shower head. I realize that this can't be change without going through a big plumbing project.

Very expensive for a room that’s in a separate building from the casino.

I’ve been there before so I knew what it was like. Stayed in the Alder again, which is fine for me. 2 queen beds we’re comfortable. Played a bit of games. Fun time.
