ac/heater unit in my room had a low rumble that takes getting used to. Shower water pressure is low. It didn't bother me but there is a parking area 100 yards from the hotel where semis park and I've seen some reviews that mention being bothered by that.

Value for money. I've seen some reviews that complain about the old fixtures and furniture. The main point I want to make is this motel was CLEAN and SAFE. If you're wanting spanking new furniture, pay 150 to 200 a night for those places. If you're tight on money and want a decent place to stay, Rest Inn delivers. For those who say this is a $50 a night motel at best, I'd challenge them to stay at one. I have and believe me, while the room rates aren't rock bottom, the cleanliness and safety alone are worth it. I also noticed that if the motel isn't full, they stagger the occupied rooms so you have an empty on both sides of you.

No pre- made coffee and the coffee pot in the room has no lines on the carafe, so you can’t tell how much water to add.

It’s great for an overnight stop and less expensive than the bigger cities. Well lit, next to truck stop and very secure.

The sink was cracking and needed replacing.

I was looking for a place to pull in and spend the night. No frills expected--just clean and convenient to the interstate. This was perfect. The room was clean. Sink has some cracking, but OK to use. Everything was budget quality, but that is all I wanted or needed. I wanted the budget price for "adequate enough." The AC worked nicely, and even though it was by a truck stop, I slept well and did not hear anything. Palestine, Arkansas exit is the location for this motel, and not Forrest City as it seems to note on Booking.com. That may be the post office, but it is about 7 miles from Forrest City further south. Still convenient and much less cost than most in Forrest City and with a better satisfaction rating than most at the same price. We went back to eat at Forrest City at the Old Sawmill Cafe. I felt the area was very safe at all times. I will keep this in mind if I am near here in the future and needing a convenient budget friendly room for the night.

Property maintenance was beginning to show a few things that were needing a bit of tidying up or refreshing.

There could have been better locks on the door. There appeared to be stains on the wall behind the door. Basic supplies in room. No hair dryer but it was an economy visit.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in was quick. Easy access off the freeway. There is a Luvs truck stop right across the street to gas up and get food or coffee in the morning.

The toilet was too low for us elderly people. Install a grab bar on the wall opposite the toilet. The bar could could dub as a towel rack. Or swap out the low toilets with higher pedestal toilets.

there was a lot of trucks traffic as gas station was across. And room did not have inside second lock. So extra security would've been good to women travelling alone.

The room was clean, and management/reception was very warm and friendly. I liked that it was right off highway as I had to continue trip in morning. So it's helpful, to be that close with time crunch.

I have no major complaints, it was just old, which I expected. The ice machine was broken and they offered no breakfast, but it wasn't advertised.

The location was convenient. The owners were friendly. The bed was comfy.

That the ice machine is broken and there are no vending machines. But there is a Love's travel plaza directly across the street at least.

The owners were friendly and accommodating. The guy was also a dog lover which helps for people traveling with canine companions.
