We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with 3 adults, a baby and a dog. Great location and Allen was available for any questions we had.

We loved everything, so this doesn't apply.

Everything about this place, the owner, and property manager (and cleaning people) were fabulous! We were greated with a bottle of organic wine. They had extras, i.e. coffee, tea, oatmeal, etc. The bungalow was beautiful decorated. We had a closed in backyard, with grill, table and chairs, decorative lighting, grass and pavement. Again beautifully decorated. Our fur babies kept wanting to go outside! Walking to distance to Santa Rosa Railroad Square that had fabulous restaurants and wonderful, friendly hospitality. I can keep going on. My daughter, fur babies, and I can't wait to go back! FYI, Booking has it as two bedrooms/twin beds. The house actually had full beds.

The drier needs a service. It squeaks a lot. The toilet is very close to the tub.

This place has so many added things that we didn’t expect. An extremely well stocked kitchen. A great outdoor space. Comfortable lounge room. Lovely garden lights at night. Beautiful Hydrangers and Gardenia in the front garden . A responsive host.

The only thing was the shower/tub could use a little updating, some leaky pipes and difficult to get in and out of for my parents who are a bit older.

The place was so cute, very well done with personal touches and great decor. the backyard was incredible and I wish we’d booked for longer and spent more time out there. Allen was also so nice and left great restaurant recommendations and local attractions/wineries as well as leaving a local bottle of wine for us to share!

Vintage house, vintage feel with extras!

Really, for an older house, it was what we expected.

The house reminded us of the first house we bought in California, so a lovely memory. It felt private and very welcoming for our pooch and appreciated the dog blankets, towels, fenced yard and even toys! We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and stopping most days at the Criminal Bakery for a special adaptogenic cocoa tea they make and a mid-morning treat.
