We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaEven though ithr building is 90° to the street and at traffic started at 6:00 am it was really bad as I'm a light sleeper. Next time I'll stay at the end of the building. The price was okay but I'm sure when they get the swimming pool and exercise room back online it won't be as cheap.
The hotel is under a major refurbish and we stayed in one of the rooms which have been recently updated I was clean and nice. When I get all the rooms done there won't be any noise during the day but was not an issue for us.

This was a great place to stay for a quick overnight stop. The concierge was very friendly and helpful, there were plenty of security cameras (and they were actually being monitored), the beds were comfortable, room was clean and nicely redone. Walls were a little thin but overall good experience and would stay there again if in the area.

Rolly at the front desk was very friendly and informational. During my 5 day stay, in the Tri-cities, he and his wife were the most memorable. Besides who I was visiting. I had just pulled into town from Cloverdale British Columbia Canada. The place was fair and it looks like the place is doing some renovations to improve. The mattress was not that great. Even with my memory foam on top. The place was clean and the surrounding grounds were well taken care of. It was an ok stay for a quick overnight. Would probably stay after they improve with their renovations or when I just pull into town again for an overnight. Thx Scott

There was no working pool, no breakfast and the building is under major renovation. I had to buy my own in tub bath mat because none were provided.
