Even though ithr building is 90° to the street and at traffic started at 6:00 am it was really bad as I'm a light sleeper. Next time I'll stay at the end of the building. The price was okay but I'm sure when they get the swimming pool and exercise room back online it won't be as cheap.

The hotel is under a major refurbish and we stayed in one of the rooms which have been recently updated I was clean and nice. When I get all the rooms done there won't be any noise during the day but was not an issue for us.

unimpressed. have been in a lot nicer ones for a better value. they said they upgraded the room. i requested queen beds, got a doubles instead and with an extremely drafty door right next to the beds.

There were people outside smoking at 2:00 am and they were a bit loud.

This was a great place to stay for a quick overnight stop. The concierge was very friendly and helpful, there were plenty of security cameras (and they were actually being monitored), the beds were comfortable, room was clean and nicely redone. Walls were a little thin but overall good experience and would stay there again if in the area.

Paper thin walls and some rude guests. Room nearby was blaring music at 11pm, then their dog started barking at 6am for almost an hour.

No Pool, Zero Clean up on rooms. Terrible Parking, Extremely Tight. Hard to open car doors. I parked at restaurant across the street. No Coffee Pot in Room. No refrigerator.

They were under construction which was fine but nothing was very functional. I asked for non smoking and some of the room I was given was done but it smelled like cigarettes. It was dark and dingy

The mattress

Rolly at the front desk was very friendly and informational. During my 5 day stay, in the Tri-cities, he and his wife were the most memorable. Besides who I was visiting. I had just pulled into town from Cloverdale British Columbia Canada. The place was fair and it looks like the place is doing some renovations to improve. The mattress was not that great. Even with my memory foam on top. The place was clean and the surrounding grounds were well taken care of. It was an ok stay for a quick overnight. Would probably stay after they improve with their renovations or when I just pull into town again for an overnight. Thx Scott

Booking.com overcharged me $350. I cancelled on 2nd day and have not received notification of reimbursement on my Discover card. I left the name of desk clerk and manager in a message on your email. I would like confirmation please. My email is lesliew17@hotmail.com. There was no working pool, no breakfast and the building is under major renovation. I had to buy my own in tub bath mat because none were provided.

Simple 2 star motel, good for our stay. Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Wifi worked, well, everything was clean. If I'm in the Tri-Cities area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

It’s very dated. It could definitely use a renovation.

It was quiet and the staff was nice. Review’s had stated they found bed bugs. Fortunately we did not have that issue. Near food and shopping.
