The room was freezing-the heater turned off every three minutes and when it was on, it wasn’t even warm. We stayed there after and before our wedding. Also-no phones in the rooms seemed a bit odd!

the food was not good in the restaurant and the service was bad as we had to on patio because of the dog and only 1 heater worked and cig. butts everywhere , only warm water to bathe by , room painted by a 10yr old in bathroom

The bathroom tiles and tub had heavy and ugly patches of caulking and should really be upgraded. The bar restaurant's menu is ok, but I think a lot of the food was just defrosted and microwaved. Not "real food"

It is on a golf course, but for non-golfers it was just as nice - with spacious rooms overlooking the greens - and outside Hollister where you have great views of the surrounding hills.

The bathrooms need to be updated. It felt very 80’s-ish. The shower only had two options: very hot or very cold. No in between.

The extremely large bedroom and our own patio. However, our patio faced a parking lot 😐 It would’ve been nice to face the golf course.

When we arrived the room had not been cleaned and even after they "cleaned" it there was still trash under the bed, dust under the beds. The AC was not working properly and had to run and run the whole time we were there and the room was never really cool. Wash cloth was not clean.

Front desk woman was helpful and did offer us free drinks while we wait for our room to be cleaned. Room was very large.

The bed was very uncomfortable and pillows flat. We had to park quite a ways from our room due to golfers and restaurant traffic.

The location had easy access to the main roads but wasn't in town which helped with sound. The room was clean and roomy. Could have used a comfy chair or small couch. The golf course was nice as well.

Our particular room was very sparse. It could use more furniture...for exampleas we had only one nightstand on one side of the bed and only two chairs at the table. Also, a more comfortable mattress would be nice.

Love the location of Ridgemark Golf Club Resort! It's so. Very centrally located to so many wonderful destinations. And the views from our room were beautiful.

We had dinner at the resort restaurant. We ordered over the phone and the went to pick it up and take it back to our room. We ordered fish and chips and the website showed peas or some kind of vegetable but we did not get any. We ordered a BLTA without the A, but it was covered with avocados. We also did not get any silverware or napkins.

Minor thing but it was a surprise to get a non-previously announced extra fee upon checkin. This was not mentioned in Booking at all upon doing the reservation. However, it was very small ($2-3)

The bathroom ceiling had mole. There were spider webs in the bathroom and bedroom. The table was real bad you couldn't set nothing on top. Sunday morning the alarm started beeping.
