The only thing was ice. No ice buckets.

The breakfast buffet line. It ties up the elevators. Luckily I called the front desk and they were able to send an elevator straight to my floor so I could get my car to the airport

Our room 2516 backed onto the elevator and you could hear the operation of the elevator and doors opening and closing all day and night. The room would benefit from having a kettle to make a coffee

I did not like how all members in the party must go to breakfast at the same time. As a family, we are up at different times and some like to get their coffee in the am first thing, while others like sleeping in. UPDATE- the whole family went as a group to breakfast. Exceptional service and good breakfast choices. Not set up as a grab amd go. Overall, very pleased with hotel and kind, honest staff.

Properry, comfort, staff, and location exceeded my expectations. We appreciated 12 pm check out as most hotels place check out time at 11 am. The extra hour is helpful! We will be back! Thank you Riu

The room and bathroom are quite small in size.

The location was superb, as it was steps away from Times Square. The hotel is similar to the pictures presented on the website. The staff at the check-in/check-out counter, in the restaurant, at the bagage drop off, and elevator were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are quite good as there are many choices. The quality of the room was good, very clean and modern furnishing. The bed sleeps very comfortable. Big tv in the room. Nice bathroom.

From the moment we stepped in, the staff at Rui welcomed us and made our stay such a memorable one! This was our first time to NyC and we brought our adult disabled son. The staff went out of their way to help if needed and were always so smiling and helpful! the room size was bigger than I thought for NY, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! Perfect location for anything you want to do! I can’t wait to come back!

Bit tricky getting an elevator at certain times, but I mean, that's not too big a deal. I would say that breakfast is really overcrowded; there are lines to get into lines to get into breakfast. You're packed like sardines onto an elevator to get into another line. A nightmare for someone who likes personal space (me, I'm that someone). Also, would take half a day to get housekeeping in, but I also get that it's busy.

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was clean, functional, and the hotel is perfectly located. The shower was incredible, great pressure, and overall, it's a great atmosphere.
